Vileblood Queen never dies.

Do you want to be a traitor of the Church?
If yes, give him the summon.
Alfred will die, never realizing the Queen is everlasting because you can revive the Queen at the Altar of Despair in the upper cathedral.

This was incredibly disappointing. Hopefully there are some third tier gems that I can add that won't fuck over my build. It's a nice way to give the Arcane builds

some fun, but right now these effects are pretty lackluster.

I actually love that there are fewer and unique weapons in the game. Just wish there was more to the gems, runes, and such. I'm still early-ish on after having just defeated the SoY and about to take a side trip to C

Seriously. I'm not sure if any other moment in a FROM title comes close. Especially given the insightful dialogue in that too.
 
For the true ending, what are the correct requirements for two of the cords,
On my first playthrough, i killed Iosefka and didn't get a cord, i read that you need to kill her after you kill Rom or something ? For the whore one, just sending her to the chapel is enough ? I read that at a certain point in the game, she gives birth to a baby and you get the cord

Wait you can really revive her? So this is a part of the Vileblood sidequest? Does she give you extra dialogue if you do this? She won't consider you a traitor correct?
 
So just fought Vicar Amelia... first time I went in to learn her patterns near and far. Second time I served her with the pimp cane and a molotov cocktail. Blood was pumping near the end though!

It's really interesting to see how other people found the bosses.

Paarl I literally ran in, started swinging and he just kept jumping away and didn't do shit to me.

Ebrietas just kept fucking me up no matter what I tried. If I tried to keep my distance and shoot the face it'd dive at me and 1 shot me even though I'd dodge as much as I can. If I went close and tried to stay behind it'd just constantly swing round and take off half my life. Got quite lucky in the end but must've taken 15-16 attempts.

So the kirkhammer. I have put a ton of points into strength and nothing into skills which sits at 10. Will the kirkhammer benefit from strength? I really only use the sword part. I have that and cleaver at +3 each and the cleaver seems to do more dmg for me.
 
Hey guys, a bit confused on where to go next. I defeated
The One Reborn
in the Advent Plaza and went into the room afterwards and got transported to the Lecture Building.
I have had a look around the Nightmare of Mensis (And keep getting destroyed by the frenzy building up)

Where should I be heading?
 
I love this game. I am very hard to please when it comes to souls games and this game has me eating out of it's hand. All I need is some variety in color of setting and some more fashion souls and I am fully satisfied.

No, although I just found that fight now as well.
The one I meant was
"Darkbeast Paarl" or something along those lines. I got sucked into a prison with guys that go super saiyan after you get their health to 50% and then they do insane damage.
 
I can't believe I'm saying this but how do I get back into the prison without getting killed? I got the Ludwig Blade which is badass as hell and I finall beat BSB......now what?
 
What should I make sure I have done before I fight last boss? Not trying for true ending until next run. I still never got a

This is one of my favourite parts in the game.

I spoke to him, sent him to the Chapel but before I zoned, I stopped to look at him with blood on his hands and he was originally bending over a dead body.

I put two and two together and attacked him.. and holy fuck. That werewolf.

You are probably right and there's a similar bug with Endurance skill where it sometimes doesn't give you the secondary resistances even though it's supposed to give them to you until 40.

I wish the official guide would come out or someone does some proper experimentation so we can properly min/max different builds.

Ohh that one. Yeah, that's not meant to be done until later even though it is possible at that point. There's a reason that area is part of the third tombstone.

You can get a Kantana fairly late in the game and also the Mercy Blades which are like quick sword daggers.

The Ludwig you get from the Radiant Sword Hunter Badge which can be found by
Taking the elevator the right of the Cathedral Ward, climbing the tower to very top floor and opening the chest

No one really knows yet. There's a beasthood meter that appears when you use beast pellets, and the meter increases the more enemies you kill in a short time, apparently giving you higher damage resistance and as i understand it, poise of some sort. No one seems to have been able to max out the meter though. So we don't know if it's just some active effect or if the werewolf mode is real. (probably not, but lets hope for the best)

The hammer gets A scaling in str(At +7 and up) and E(the worst) scaling in skl

Did you get the upper cathedral ward key? it's in that cage in Unseen Village. I went there after The One Reborn.
