As goofy as this story was, that was actually legit cool hahah
Why have I never seen this video in "OMG guys I'm so scared of how inhospitable Australia is threads". I mean it can work for both the agreeing and disagreeing sides.
Blind date was the best
I want a blind date thread with links to blind date youtube videos!

Lmao along with the optical pat down this shit is funny.Speaking of something that Mac from Always Sunny would do...
So glad to live in Tucson tbh
Not gonna lie, this was pretty boss. Props to him for even getting involved in that situation, as most people wouldn't have.
Yeah ya'll can shit on him for poor form or whatever but to the avg viewer I be the looked boss, I bet peeps think he is some skilled swordsman.
Please, continue
Good on him for stopping the fight. He had more balls than anyone else on that train.
He had a katana on a train. Its like having a shotgun with unlimited bullets on a train against unarmed people. Guy could have easily fucked up everyone on the train if he wanted. I wouldn't call that having balls.
Practicing swordplay in the hopes of being a vigilante sounds exactly why most people do it
anyway I'm not sure how it makes him mentally ill when there's a whole bunch more people who put a whole lot of practice into using guns
The great ones are all a little bit crazy.
He's like Mac from Always Sunny! But in real life!
Can't get enough, I hope this guy goes places.
What sort of disturbed individual carries a sword in public?
wasn't there a black anime cosplayer who was shot by cops for having a sword?
I came to this thread expecting some cringewortthy stuff OP provides.
I leave this thread reading cringeworthy posts (OP included) and remembering a cool guy who probably lives a more fulfilling life than most who posted in this thread.
Personally I prefer to use my bare hands in a fight but swords are solid in my opinion.
More power to him that he is not only skilled in his art, but also that he is confident and clear about himself.

Will you feel the same way the first time he gets shoved and decapitates someone?
Because there is absolutely nothing in that video that indicates he knows how to show restraint when threatened.
Let's try this and pretend he had a gun.
I saw a father slap his son across the face today. He was violently shaking the child, so I pulled a gun on him.
Had the raised his hand again, I would have shot him ten times in the head. Anyone who tried to intervene would have died too. I don't care. My parents couldn't handle me. I'm so good at shooting people in the head with guns.
Sounds awesome, right?
That doesn't make any sense. In the video he knocks away the hand trying to take the sword and keeps his composure. If he didn't have restraint he would have started swinging.
