That's a lot longer than I expected. I expected the game to be finished in less than 2 hours.
He's still working on the run and it's very, very early... I'll guess hour and a half ish within a few months.

I never did beat that fucker granted I only tried once... I'm really not looking forward to him on this NG+ mode I'm doing.
Hey, if you want a surefire way to get there from the first elevator shortcut:Cool, thanks. I got both of those. Guess I just gotta keep on one path.
are you sure that those enemies weren't stronger because it was a ''late-game'' version of the same enemy that you encountered early in the game? The ones in Cathedral Ward do get stronger but it's just after 20+ Insight, I believe. they stay the same after thatMaybe you were used to it? As I said, I jumped 30 Insight levels in a second and noticed a marked difference. I have no reason to make that up.

Oh whoops, my bad then. Lots of people keep saying stupid shit like coop being a 'wrong way' to play the game and whatnot, so I'm quick to jump at those comments. Sorry about that.
If you buy the key for 10k souls you can open a gate that leads to the next boss. Since the key becomes available after you beat CB you never need to go to Old Yarnham.
So after killing the, where am I supposed to go next guy? I see a giant door to the right of Grand Cathedral but it's locked. More than that, whenever I come close to it, a black hole appears next to me and probably tries to suck me in. What should I do, guys?Witch
I don't really understand the mechanics like what's the indication of me being on the right path.
I just killed BSB and cleared the workshop, where do I go from here?
buy the 10k item at the shop and read its description, you should know where to use it.I just killed BSB and cleared the workshop, where do I go from here?
Wtf, why are all the attires gone at the hunters dream merchant (b echo merchant)?. Can only buy TPombstuff.rospector

ThanksGo to the round plaza at cathedral ward (two giants roaming). There is a patch where you get to a door. Maybe you have luck with the password now.
I seeDid you already kill? If so, thenAmeliago to the main square in cathedral ward with the 2 big axe guys, head down a corridor to your left (as you're heading up, right if you're heading down).
He cleared the workshop, so he should have found the way to the backside of that gate, so he won't need to buy the key.buy the 10k item at the shop and read its description, you should know where to use it.
if not,it's the gate after the stairs in Cathedral Ward.
Guyse. If you kill Rom before you beat thedo you miss out on anything?unseen village
You need to go through Cathedral Ward.
Either buy the key or find the path to get past gate.

Seriously, Eis the worst souls boss ever. I'm so fucking pissed off right now. I don't feel like there's even a legit strategy to win. I've watched a ton of videos and it just seems like luck when people beat her.brietas
Yep. Miyazaki magic. That shortcut from the FSo good!orbidden Woods to the very beginning of the game.
You don't
?
Are you talking about Hypogean Gaol? I thought killing Rom triggered the door to the Unseen Village to open.
I am inclined to state that FromSoft currently has the best level designers in the business.
Do you have to beat the regular chalice dungeons before you can access the random ones that have codes? When can I access the chalice dungeons that have codes?
Can someone answer a question aboutArianna?
Currently I'm in the Forbidden Woods and have cleared cleric beast, Father G, BSB, Vicar Amelia, The Witch of Hemwick, and Paarl. I've sent the old lady to the Cathedral and she's there. I sent the nun when I was imprisoned, but she's not there yet. I haven't even encountered Arianna yet from what I can recall. I purchased the key for the gates as well. I've tried the NPC window that apparently has her and it's just some random guy at this point. Am I missing something?
?

Hard to disagree.
The interconnectedness is great, the flow is great. But even just the pathways through the levels and the way they look is amazing. The Forbidden woods is winding and confusing and makes it very easy to get lost (as it should, it's a creepy forest with weird shit stalking around).
I absolutely love the shortcuts and how they work. I can't stress enough how much I love the fact that there's no mini-map. You also learn the levels by landmarks and visuals. I know these places in a way very few games get you to do. <3 <3 <3
