There is a typo on it, but its there.
Also big note; did anybody else check the picture of the doe, only to see that there's no doe there at all?
Kate goes from upbeat after you say the right things, to downbeat imidiatly after because you need to say another nice word or two.
Didn't you saw her smiling while Kate was on the roof on your way of saving her ? xDVictoria despite continuing to act like a jerk has a heart somewhere because I refuse to believe she was upset at the end of the episode over Nathan but rather the extent to which she pushed Kate. I didn't learn a whole from my experience with her though since I was nice to her friends (I really think it can be possible for something positive to come out of dealing with her)

I think that girl should not be surrounded by anyone because she will be all bitchy while when you corner her alone like when with the paint incedent, she can show her weakness.
I mean the episodes so far span only a single day each, it's safe to assume she'll stay in the hospital for the rest of the season. I'd be impressed if there was a phone call with her in ep3 but it'll probably just be texts.I wonder if the vastly different outcomes for Kate at the end of the episode will mean that she'll be largely sidelined going forward (to reduce the amount of dev time spent on entirely different scenes / story threads). Even the endings to this episode aren't very different outside of a couple lines and a shot or two. Wouldn't surprise me if saving her leads to her leaving the school early in the next episode or something along those lines.
I like that certain characters have been shown to still be assholes (Victoria, Nathan) while some who were thought of as irredeemable are not so bad (David, Principal, the other mean girls). Chloe doesn't completely lose it if you take Kate's call, so at least she has some sense.I still have faith in Victoria redeeming herself eventually and through the right choices, even if she was a gigantic bitch in ep. 2. What can I say, I can't resist a tsundere.

So, people's allegiances are being tested every episode because of complex characters.
Just finished Episode 2 and wow, my jaw dropped several times towards the end.
Still thinking whether I should shoot Frank or not (I didn't, I couldn't imagine Max to be someone who could pull the trigger even though it was not loaded). Should I?

I went back and forth on that, actually replayed it to change my answer, and I ended up not shooting him. Chloe is just not worth getting in trouble for, and she doesn't realize the gun is empty if you go that route anyway.
It seems Dana was really the only person happy in Episode 2 XD

pls respond
Glad to see someone made the same choice
I'm just afraid of the consequences of losing the gun...
/QUOTE]
I ried both scenarios and chose not to shoot. I felt more in line with Max's character. You lose the gun to him anyway. When you shoot there are no bullets left, he takes the gun but remembers you wanted to shoot him. If this will have real consequences I do not think. so no worries about that.
I wonder more what happens if you never water your plant...
That makes much more sense, thanks.
Er, good point! =)
Dana's so adorableIt seems Dana was really the only person happy in Episode 2 XD

Do you think Kate will appear again if you safe her? I think it's too complicated to script. She will leave hospital and go home to her family directly, sending a message, a postcard or giving a call. I would love to get a letter at least.
The only thing that bothers me really is sometimes the usage of rewind is restricted to fit the narrative.
Example is Chloe getting a foot stuck in the train tracks. A clever person would just rewind back to before they acted like dimwitted morons and instead explain to Chloe what will happen if they mess about on the tracks and they could then just walk next to tracks instead, which overall is far more sensible anyway. But to fit the narrative of the story, she HAS to get stuck so we HAVE to save her. (Frankly, if you're going to be so moronic as to lie down on a clearly frequently used railway you probably deserve to get squished anyway).
that and you know people straight up telling us that they did in episode 1I suspectRachel Amber sinceJefferson was having a thing with.his reaction to her name was Suspicious To The Maximum

Haven't seen this particular scene from the epilogue being discussed yet and I think it's interesting because it's so ambiguous.
At first we see Victoria crying in her room. Does she actually have a conscience and regrets bullying Kate so much? Or is she worried about Nathan who has been called to the principal's office?
Then the shitbag comes in and he's smiling. Is he still feeling untouchable regarding the accusations? Just happy to see Victoria? Or is it all part of a bigger plan (involving the Vortex Club)?
To be fair Warren never hid about him and brooke, it's not like he and max are going out so it doesn't matter. Dude is just exploring his options.
Just finished Episode 2 and I'm hooked. Probably my favorite narrative game so far, even more so than TWD. The mix of mundane small town mystery and fantastical elements is just so compelling
I will be very impressed if this action affects the storyline in any significant way. Ultimately though, I expect that whatever function she would have performed will be replaced by a different character. Hope I'm wrong though.
I've been following a few playthroughs on twitch, just to see how people got on with Ep2.
A common observation were those who weren't fully on-board after playing Episode 1 ('its slow', its boring', or 'not much happens' usually being being said), but completely came around by the end of Episode 2.
On the whole, everyone who arrives at 'that' point are shocked, but in markedly different ways. One group take the shock, and need levity and humour to help them cope afterwards.
But then there are those who had a high level of empathy for Kate, and appeared genuinely affected by her outcome, whether you saved her or not. There have been some interesting post game discussions about the bullying aspect depicted in the game.
I feel that for some people, 'Life is Strange' could become this years equivalent of 'Journey'.

So what are the thoughts on the supernatural elements?
And does the end of Episode 2 supposed to mean that Max's time powers are expanding? Being able to pause time as well as rewind it?
Everything's going to come to a head on Friday, huh? Frank wants his money by then. The next Vortex Club party is on Friday. It's when the tornado hits.
Speaking of the Vortex Club party, nothing TRULY critical can happen in it seeing as how getting an invitation is a totally optional thing, right? Right...?Yes, I missed the girl handling the invites completely. I'm terribly curious about what will happen there but I'll refrain from changing my choices.
I figure if Max can pull it off, it's a good oportunity to get more dirt on Nathan, find out more about Rachel, etc. I wonder if something major can/will happen there, though.
That's what I thought too, that Max might end up getting roped in somehow and will get different chances depending on whether she got a legit invite or snuck in there.I'd wager if it is important they'll create more opportunities. LIke instead of you getting invited yourself in episode 2 you might get stuck with someone else bringing you in whatever episode it takes place in, or sneaking in.
That ending is insane. The wait for Ep. 4 is going to hurt.
