summon father G to fight the cleric beast thats crazy! I missed so much on my first play...Never even found crow lady or the music box

where that electricity guy is? I found a way around him and ended up in a dead end until I was killed by the invisible hand.

Where is the down below area?

Do more damage.

This is achieved by increasing your level, upgrading your weapon, and/or hitting her more often.

I didn't need any items for her other than vials and I beat her my first shot. Be sure to smack her a lot when she heals. If you can stun her out of it, she is sometimes open for a V. Attack which will take care of that health she just healed.

I'm doing the same. I usually play each souls game twice. One pure melee str build, one spellcaster with dex.
 
Holy damn, Forbidden Woods is the best videogame area I've seen in years.

Oh man I was enjoying Forbidden Woods but then it just drags on and on then that boss hah oh fuck off. That's enough for tonight while I figure what do next do the nazgul or head elsewhere

Yeah, the back is tougher because its like the thing is on a spinning plate. It can spin faster than you can get behind it so you can still get swiped. As soon as I switched to front I got much further much easier and then getting it on the third employing that strategy.

Just run up and bust her chops every time she starts healing, you should be able to counter her heal easily. Also, she generally won't do it if you stick close to her. Stick close, dodge under her attacks, and smack dat ass

are difficult. Just lost 25k experience without having opened a shortcut. I was cocky and thought that I could beat one of the sack dudes. Well, apparently not ... The jail bloodstone farming under controlled circumstances had warped my mind.

on my second attempt. I honestly think this was my easiest boss fight yet. Except for his initial skull attack he never once casted any magic or buff since I constantly got in his space. Instead he only used his scythe which I kept parrying until he died, not even a single use of his sword.

That means your game is glitched - happened to me with him and a few other bosses.

If you're using suspend/resume, don't. Leaving the game running for too long is what causes the boss AI to break. Only them though, normal mobs are unaffected.

Game is still beatable without them, I think the rune was too good to pass up, but I rely mostly on parrying (It's how I can manage without using many blood vials while exploring) so I thought it was worth killing her for it.

all the doors and windows just say [No Response]. Hell I went back to the central Yharnam lamp and there was a small roaming werewolf near Gilbert's window which I killed. Looked at his window, and it seemed like the werewolf came out from it. I think I killed poor Gilbert.

like for those who have gone Arcane? I remember one of the NPC hunters using it against me and was completely surprised that
magic was actually in the game.
 
am i supposed to see anything after i equip the rune from killing the old dude on that balcony? In byrgwerth or whatever its called. Dont see anything here

the items they give I presume, Arianna only gave me one before she was killed so I don't know if she gives more items

Not afaik. It just increases the chances of getting rare items.

Btw, do same runes stack? did anyone try it?
 
Started NG+ and want to use
Burial Blade
but I can only bring it to +6 - what's the earliest point in the game to get chunks?

Actually you can let him in, but you need to kill him fast enough that he doesn't kill her. I invited him back, and he only managed to kill the old lady from Yharnam who didn't say much before I realised and killed the fool.
