You can get 4 shots with blood bullets, enough to kill a lot of bosses using Bone Marrow Ash. It isn't too much, the cannon is actually OP.
oh, well, I can try that.
Father G's set works as well
oh, had no idea. guess he's safe then.

I'm gonna try that right now, thanks
I feel like I never got to the point where I actually got the cannon to be OP. I got it up to +5 but by the time I had that and my 30 Strength I was already near the end of the game and wasn't seeing the massive damage to bosses everyone keeps talking about.
I'm going to interject with an alternate method if that one doesn't work for you:Ignore the spiders. Smash Rom a couple hits at a time and roll away. Repeat. When his moveset changes just roll far enough that he doesn't engage the meteorites but only uses his close-range attacks. Just remember to never get greedy because some spider bastard might plunge at you OHKOing you, so just take two-three hits on Rom at a time!
Whats the best way defeatingthe DarkPearl Beast, havent been able to get a hit on him.

Cannon wrecks. It costs 10 but holy crap that thing will drop enemies once it is leveled up.
And up to 6 shots with +Bullet Runes equipped. There's 5 Tiers of +Bullets which go 1/2/3/4/5. So you could equip the +5 in one slot and enough for another +5 with the two other slots to get 30+ base.
Alternatively, +5 in one slot and +3 and +2 bullets gained on V.Atks in the other two slots to give you 5 bullets back every time you did a V.Atk on a boss for potentially "infinite" Cannon shots.
How the hell do I get to Cainhurst Castle
I've been mucking around in the U, got my ass kicked by the disgusting boss, so do I have to beat that thing first?nseen Village
This can't be reiterated enough. The effect it has on successfully connecting with people is fairly drastic.Just killed. Had a good co op parter and got him on my 4th try. After hearing the horror stories I'm glad it went pretty smooth. Rom is still the only boss to give me trouble.Ebrietas
Btw I tried restarting the ps4 to find people more quickly and it worked. I got a partner immediately after rebooting. So that's a tip if you want to co-op and you're not finding anyone.
Well it was working but then the OHKOing thing you mentioned happen :/, gonna try one more time.I'm going to interject with an alternate method if that one doesn't work for you:Ignore the spiders. Cleric BeastFuck this game is so hard and satisfying. Just got to the hairy boss at the bridge. What is his name?

Did you get there before Rom? If so, that's why. You need the red moon so the Hypogean Gaol lamp is broken and you have to go to Yahar'gul through the main gate.
So any consensus on what level should most builds be capped at?
I was thinking about going up to 99, currently in Forbidden Woods NG+.

I went to 240 - 50/40/50/50/50/50, because I don't give a shit about any "PVP Meta" and wanted to be able to test every possible weapon and blood gem's effectiveness.
How's pvp at that level? You will finding people?

You need the invitation from Iosefka's Clinic, it will contain instructions.
If you talked to iofska then you have a little envelope in your inventory. It is an invitation. Go to the place where you fought the witches and right where the executioners are walking around there is a big pillar. Equip envelope and use as item. Carriage comes and gives you a ride.
Same here. I'm leveling Arcane and Bloodtinge now to explore every gameplay possibility. Hunter's tools are fun as well.I went to 240 - 50/40/50/50/50/50, because I don't give a shit about any "PVP Meta" and wanted to be able to test every possible weapon and blood gem's effectiveness.

Cleric Beast. The fun has only just begun, my friend. Lawd, has it only just begun for you.....muwahahaha

Welp I think i understand what happened now. I used the "shortcut/glitch" in the beginning of the game to get to the forbidden woods. Because of the that I defeated Rom before fighting amelia. So when i returned to fight Amelia the moon dissapeared. So there is NO WAY for me to advance anymore and i have to start all over again... So yeah, be carefull not to fight amelia after u defeated Rom.

People saying this is one the best games ever are blind or what? I mean I'm mostly done with the game doing Chalice dungeons and having the final fight to do but come on, Bloodborne is a 7 or 8 top. I know it's the OT and fans won't agree but from a technical point of view this game is a big mess.
- One of the worst cameras ever
- Intense stuttering means choppy combat
- Audio and texture glitches
- Bad clipping (though most games suffer of it)
- Poor loading times, especially if you want to change zones
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. When you delve into actual design decisions and encounter design it gets really ugly.
- Random elites screw the game's balance
- Most bosses are either too easy or too hard; most of them require the same strategies (forward roll or side dash) or to "stunlock" them like Reborn.
- Like I've said before, the items SUCK. There's little variety in the builds meaning exploration is a bit boring. Even in Chalice dungeons all I get are fucking Ritual Bloods and other materials.
- Being swarmed isn't really fun, meaning you oftentimes need to "pull" monsters from groups as to not get rekt. If I wanted to play a MMO I'd play one.
- Monsters deal way, way too much damage overall. It gets stupid sometimes, but the worst is when they combo you to death since you are stunlocked or whatever.
- Environment variety is poor. Churches, woods and...churches.
The truth is Bloodborne is too frustrating for a lot of people including me, but I still tried to be critical. I even felt the Hub wasn't as clever as the one on Demon's Souls, and the Doll is just not memorable at all. I have the feeling lots of PS4 owners are glorifying the game because it's an exclusive. It also seems the press didn't want to see the numerous faults this game have.
holy shit
Thanks for your opinion.
It's generally better to present your opinion without claiming other people's opinions are wrong or irrationally biased, though.

Holy crap! How many echos does it take to level up for you now? Close to a million? lol

Yeah. I got a partner in seconds, that never happened before.
So for anyone looking to co-op and not finding anyone after minutes... restart your system.

The community is still debating on lvl 100 vs lvl 120, so I'll just get mine to 110 since I have no horse in this race, that way I can play against both.
