You can find it theres a drop you have to go down from while decending the elevator near the Mergo's Loft Middle Lamp. From there you can find that location and the Blood Rock that you can use to get a weapon to +10.

Go the start of the castle where the Hunter stood in front of and the first little dudes walked around. There is a small elevator in the place with the pit falls.

Well, i already found that spot (jumped out of the elevator) and dropped *it* into the hole (and also found the rock. That's why Ludwig is shining in it's +10 glory) but wanted to know where exactly that thing "dropped". Now i now. Was already at the right place but started to go up again through this place.

I killed Blood-starved Beast, then killed Darkbeast Paarl, equipped Black Church Set (sans gloves) and entered through the gate behind Paarl to Old Yharnam. Then I just ran up to him and he was friendly.

Have you tried killing sorcerers? Apparently, killing them unlocks even stronger TOR's attack, but at least you won't be burned to death.
Regarding TOR, try to stay on his side and hit hard. Beware of his legs and go for visceral attack since fast attacks can stun him.

They were pretty much a one hit from their sides. Then Rom was easy to dodge with them out the way. I had way more trouble with Vicar Amelia and her self healing ass! lol

Well shit lol. Looks like I somehow skipped two bosses wtf. I haven't fought the witch of hemwick or darkbeast. I just beat Rom though so I'd say give it a shot man.

I just did it and I had to face Cleric Beast for her to be alive again. I killed him, pretty sure it works just like new game where she will be alive when you gain your first insight (dying to or killing cleric beast). I didnt try a madmens knowledge though. That might work.

no. you just need to go there once get the cutscene grab your starter weapons. next time you return she will be alive. I did this with my NG+ (I had a few hundred k exp from killing true boss and wanted to use them before I messed around)

I found Rom in the Depth 3 chalice easier because of the pillars. I just stood behind them and lure spider to me and killed them when they were all gone I when up Whipped him into submission with the Cane.

It's bloodtinge scaling is only for the gun portion. The arcane scaling is if you gem it with fire/bolt.

A few of my friends have done the item glitch and for some reason it makes me angry.
Why is that

Because it cheapens the overall game even if it doesn't effect you. Same reason why fans of these games do not want "difficulty mode" options, even if you don't need to use them.
