I'm so glad the Petshop battle finally had its chance to be animated, it's great so far.
From the preview it looks like the rest of the battle won't take the entirety of the next episode. That's good, hurrying the pace is kinda needed here.

Pet Shop is the one Part 3 fight I've been waiting for this entire time (besides the obvious big fight). I'm pleased with how it came out and am very excited for next week's episode!

Araki clearly doesn't like dogs. This bird is like Dio in bird form, so much menacing swag. Pet Shop hit that man with Blizzaga. All Iggy wants to do is fall in love with a hot bitch, fuck helping people. Why couldn't Joseph Joestar bring home Pet Shop? Pet Shop is cool. Who doesn't want an evil ass falcon? Even the fucking animals strike a pose...bishie ass Iggy. Lol at Pet Shop licking his blood like he's an 80's action movie villain. Pet Shop is such a avian douche bag and I love him for it. I'd love to see the conversation between Dio and Pet Shop where he agrees to work for Dio. Easily my favorite physical stand fight since Chaka Khan.

This show is so weird, I was starting to think they'd kidified it, what with all the recent adversaries miraculously living and "retiring", then bam, back to full on death and dismemberment.

Hello and welcome to Crusader-GAF! I only saw the 90's OVA and have recently started the manga, so seeing PetShop for the first time, as well as Iggy developing a deeper personality, is very exciting.
So Iggy has Conqueror's Haki.
Most violent episode in a while...if only it wasn't ruined by the censors. Still really good though. I kind of want to see how the others would handle this fight.
Also how is it that nobody can identify Dio's mansion? It doesn't seem far away from where the group is now, plus you'd think a big mansion would be kind of well known?

Too bad Pet Shop doesn't speak and too bad Alan Rickman would be far too expensive to cast. Maybe they could get Vernon Wells instead.

Now this was an awesome episode. Had me hooked from start to finish. To be honest, I really didn't get the hype behind the D'arby episodes or a few others.
I've liked all the episodes so far but not since the Anubis episodes have I really enjoyed a JoJo episode like this.

There might be a minor spoiler in there so it'd be best to just listen his voice. This is his voice actor for the ASB game voiced by a male.
Iggy is voiced by Misato Fukuen, who has also voiced characters such as Yin in Darker than Black, Miyafuji in Strike Witches, and Cure Happy in Pretty Cure.
Getting a woman to voice a young boy, or a cute male animal is fairly standard practice in animation, even in the West.

I think Iggy's voice actor is a good choice tbh after watching the episode. He sounds really Shounen now though.

Today was a pretty terrible first half highlighting the continuing issue with this series and how powerful some characters are yet being defeated in such disappointing basic means.
Episode redeemed though second half, really exciting moment for numerous reasons.
No Way should the bird have been killed just from being bitten like that. He had the lead on Iggy the whole two episodes with the ice and sparks thing going on. He should have lasted and been able to go free at least or have eliminated Iggy, someone on Dio's side needs a win and the bird deserved.
Episode redeemed though second half, really exciting moment for numerous reasons.

Pet Shop lost because his bloodlust got the best of him, him having a strong lead made him reckless and ended up giving Iggy the leg up. Not to mention if he didn't savor that ice pick, he probably would've survived the bite/explosion.

pet shop lost a lot of blood too and I dont think someone saved petshop like that kid saved iggy, and he got his wing stabbed so I dont think he could swim anymore, how he got underground is a mystery.

I appreciated the short recap at the end of the episode with each character giving their reasons to beat DIO and Jotaro just being a dumb nerd with a one liner like always
