After beating
Celestial Emissary
, you jump through a window on the way to
Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos
…you are above a large
Throne Room
. What is this place?

Does anything happen if you
resurrect the vile blood queen at the Altar of Despair
? I haven't passed the boss there yet, but I did watch the youtube playthru where that was brought up. I was just curious what new items or events that might bring on. Thanks!

Daughter of cosmos
was wrecking me pretty bad last night. Any tips on this fight? I've managed all others so far in under a handful of attempts.

Creepy
spider dude with Mr Rogers
head is on the side of a cliff in Nightnare Frontier. Anyway I can get to him?
Yeah, from the
2nd floor in the lecture building. You cant get to him in Nightmare Frontier itself though.

It's not as prevalent as in previous games but still, I don't heal until the other person does.
Same here. I might also heal if i do a salute and the other guy just attacks me at once without saluting.

Okay great I already spoke with him there just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something

I'm torn between upgrading my Tonitrus or Ludwigs to +10, they are both on +8 atm... Will I need the sword range for the late game bosses?

I Just killed
Ebritas
so any bosses past that

Thats what I thought as well, but the fact that guns never need repairs and yet a gun gem has a WPN durability stat effect makes me wonder...

I've had to repair my gun (blunderbuss) twice. Never huge repairs (usually around 10-15 echoes), but there's definitely an occasional durability hit.

Not really. If you beat her, you can pretty much sail through the final bosses , IMO

It's 99 can I store it somewhere?

That is why you frenzy is such a problem for you, insight lowers/shortens your frenzy resistance bar in a significant way. The only way to store insight is to not use all madmans knowledge from the get go. So most probably no. But AFIAK there is no real reason to have insight above 40 (and even that is just if you want to see certain things before you kill a certain boss). Also it is pretty easy to regain insight, even without madmans knowledge.

Had my first invader come and harass me today when entering Nightmare Frontier.

Took a long time and a ton of vials but I caught him slippin' after a few minutes. Pretty intense but fun fight.

Uploaded the fight to Youtube for shits and giggles.

So, what's the ideal strategy when faced with an invader with the dual blades?
Also, where do I get them, they look rad.

You really spam attacks a lot with Blade of Mercy, so peppering him with bullets can give you possible openings for visceral attacks.

To get Blade of Mercy you need the
Crow Hunter Badge. To get it you either kill Eileen at any point that you encounter her, or you complete her quest, which is possible as soon as you defeat Rom. If you haven't started her quest, you can find her in the Grand Cathedral after Rom. She'll be hostile and you'll have to kill her.

Damn, I nearly 1 shotted Logarius. He had like 1 hit left when I died. Now, my next 2 attempts were abysmal failures, not even getting close. WTF. Gonna go again now.

Any tips on
abhorrent beast
?
i actually found all versions of him to be not as hard as people are making them out to be

poison will help A LOT, 11 will do I think?

Just mostly dodge backwards and sideways then jump in for a couple of R2s as soon as he finishes one of his combos.

I used the cane's whip for him, anything with a long reach will work I assume!

Ok, just beat Logarius. Now I have met
a Vileblood Queen. It appears I can join a covenant with her or something. There is also an "unopened summons" envelope here. I imagine this will take me somewhere else, but I don't know how to use it.

Any help?

Give Summons to
Alfred
and watch what happens.

The covenant you found is one of three in the game.

Okay good to know, thanks.

I get invaded like crazy in the Nightmare locations when prior to that I never was invaded once. I love it, I wonder why it works so well there.

So I'm one trophy away from the platinum and its beating
Yharnam, Phtumerian Queen
in the Chalice Dungeons. Is this one of the hardest boss fights in the game? Or is the process of getting to this boss harder?

Getting to the boss is harder due to Defiled chalice that halves your HP.
