Pitch Perfect 2 and Ant-Man in my cinema lol.
Thank God I dodged that bullet.
Pitch Perfect 2 and Ant-Man in my cinema lol.
Reckon I can watch this with glasses off and not miss much at all in the way of 3D? Cinemas here don't show 3D movies in 2D, and I was wondering if I could just take them blasted glasses off if the 3D is piss, as most are saying it is.

Does he do more than pull a switch this time?Just got out. Man this movie is stuffed.
I'd put this on par with Avengers 1. Kinda disapointed that Cap fights doesn't reach TWS level, but the set pieces/spectacles more than make up for it.
Lol yup. No more silly moment like that. More combo moves too.Does he do more than pull a switch this time?
I'm in Australia and we only got shitty trailers. Tomorrowland (first teaser), San Andreas, Ant-Man (first teaser) and Terminator. No Star Wars![]()

Why are we doing rankings? I think that in this thread they're only relevant from people who already watched AoU and are able to have it in the list.
Is there post/mid credit scenes. Too hard too Google/search without getting spoiled
Just want to know if I stay or leave, not content/spoilers
IM3 god tier ? geez
That mandarin was stupid as fuck, and it had a lot of stupid things too
From what weve heard about this one, it sounds like you had to trim down a lot in the editing room. Was there any particular favourite scene you wish you could have saved?
Well, there was more shirtless Thor. The DVD extras are going to be enormously popular. But no, for me, its really a couple of little exchanges that I thought would have helped the emotionality and the clarity of the thing. The flow of it, thats all.
We cut out an hour. And we cut 45 minutes on the first one, and I dont regret any of that. Its an inevitability with these things, you do too much, because what you dont want in the editing room is too little.
And is that where Loki ended up? Or was that only a rumour?
No, youre right. Itll be in the DVD extras. Being charming as always.
yeah, i think i've tempered my expectations a bit. I'll go into this one basically expecting the avengers 1.5. It sucks that the characters seem to be acting differently than they do in their solo outings, especially since Tony was having some PTSD stuff in IM3 (might be the only thing i liked about that movie) and i would imagine that Cap would have serious trust issues after TWS.
Also for those who has seen the movie, is Ultron at least a convincing Villain in this? I have been dissapointed with all the Marvel Villains so far (Red Skull wasn't too bad though that's probably because I am a huge Hugo Weaving fan) and I believe its high time we get one that's not a complete joke
DoFP QS is That 70's Show DC-Speedforce plot hole of a character with not-Scarlet-Witch. He did not capture the spirit of the character the way AoU did - troubled past, solidarity with sister, angry but with heart of gold.Nope.
No way
This is not a thing that happened
there is mid credit scene, but no post credit scene
The Mandarin twist was great. Easily one of the coolest twists that the MCU thought up, one that I didn't see coming and one that actually worked in the context of IM3's plot/post-Avengers MCU. I didn't really care for it being a betrayal of the source comics since the original Mandarin was already a pretty stereotypical caricature that would need an insane amount of rewrites to work regardless. Plenty of people had accepted for a long time that the Mandarin would be incredibly hard to get to work in a movie.
Shield was Hydra all along?
But with this plot twist, we end up with the main bad guy being an evil business guy for the third time in a row. Okay, evil scientist business guy, but still.
Ironman 1 commercials show him fighting with middle eastern terrorists, but the REAL bad guy was his business partner.
Ironman 2 commercials show him fighting Whiplash, but the REAL bad guy was his business opponent.
Ironman 3 commercials show him fighting The Mandarin, but the REAL bad guy was a scientist business guy he pissed off once
It's getting annoying.

That's right. I never rewatched IM2 so I forgot that Vanko comes back after getting arrested.Hammer wasn't really the real bad guy in IM2. He was less menacing and more comic relief and pathetic, sorta like Trevor Slattery.

Well, there we go!
(No spoilers in the rest of the interview, don't worry.)
Haven't seen it yet, but was Loki cut entirely from the film?
