I seem to remember Flash getting caught off guard by a bullet hitting the back of his neck but he reacted right when it touched his skin.(or when he heard it, I forgot)

Wells needs to step his game up getting hit by those arrows like that.

Reverse Flash is awesome. You know he totally planned on getting wrecked by oliver. Part of his plan to get back in the pipeline surely.

"When did you come under the impression I didn't want to be trapped?"

So who's car was that Wells fell on? I mean, it's not like anybody else but Team Flash has any reason to be parking at Star Labs...

I bet it was Caitlin's car. Poor girl is having a rough day.

Firestorm and Arrow casually leaving just before Barry has to carry Wells inside. They're both stronger than him, he is just a scrawny science guy and they let him do the lifting. It was fun seeing them work together, but it would be better if they stayed around until the guy is actually in prison.

That gif is appropriate as Wells will likely vibrate out of prison.

Oliver: I SAID JOBS DONE. -zips off-

The JL rarely stay around for clean-up.

Man if you watch arrow you know oliver even leaves his partners on the road.
He got no time for that.

Jesus..and that's not a finale?! :D

One of their test pilots dissapeared. OMFG :D

Captain Cold freezing mini-Cyclop's face :D

And that final fight...wow. This show never ceases to amaze.

How the hell is
Flashpoint even going to work in the context of a show that's already tied in with one other and about to launch a second?

Have it all take place before the next crossover.
I doubt they will go full Flashpoint, because at that point you're bassicaly throwing a whole season away on something that never happened.
But they could do short flashpoint, couple episodes tops and then have everything revert back to normal. Meanwhile Arrow would be showing everything that happened during the non-altered timeline.

Considering that Legends of Tomorrow will likely launch during Flash\s break it kind of fits, doesn't it? Barry fucks something up with timeline badly and this causes the second crisis that the LoT team will have to deal with. By the time LoT ends and Flash resumes, everything time-wise is set alright again.

Of course they find some pull-out-the-ass way of making Oliver Queen relevant in that fight.

Also, why the hell did they think Eobard Thawne would leave a speed force battery in a wheel chair for them to find without knowing about it?

This episode was soooooooooooo good. That GL callout & the ring transformation. Anyone notice the Rogues Bar pinball machine behind Barry and Snart?

OMAC??

Flashpoint deserves an entire season. Heck, they should go all out and merge the shows. Have dead people be alive, Moirah be Deathstroke, flip everything upside down, insanity!

Regarding
Flashpoint
, I'll quote myself from the Arrow thread back in November:

Make sure to send them this one:

Arrow/Flash crossover that adapts Flashpoint. Starts on Flash, Barry wakes up without his powers. By the end of the episode he realizes he needs help from Arrow.

Next night on Arrow, opening narration is done by motherfucking Robert Queen, the Broken Arrow, who came back to Starling to avenge the death of his son.

I already have this whole arc planned out, Berlanti. Call me.

I've already put way too much thought into how to adapt the unadaptable elements:

1) Moira Queen is still alive and is the main villain. Goth Felicity was scooped up before graduating MIT to work on the earthquake project.

2) Atlantis/Amazon war is replaced by the earthquake machine being too successful and now threatening the entire western seaboard

3) Yao Fei, Shado, and Slade are all alive and working with Arrow as shit on the island went down way differently.

4) Diggle is Martian Manhunter.

That last one was for me.

I really hope we've seen the last of the prison sans Wells (who will clearly not remain in it for long). It's sort of absurdly inhumane, even in the context of them having powers. I'd almost say it'd be better to sedate them. No bed, no room to walk around, no entertainment. I don't even want to guess how they go to the bathroom. No wonder the teleporter who was pretty calm in her episode raged out on them, it'd drive anyone mad.

Argus at this point probably is setting up their own meta prisons, let them handle it now.

Also, why the hell did they think Eobard Thawne would leave a speed force battery in a wheel chair for them to find without knowing about it?

Why wouldn't he? I'm assuming it absorbs Barry's speedforce. So it's useless for Wells to take it. This way it might still be charged untill the team realizes it and even then it can be always retrieved if he wants to. Plus he built it. Doubt he has just one.

Yeah. I think by this episode it's obvious metas will go to Lian Yu from now on. Especially since they have the tech to dampen their powers
Hopefully it might in future set up SuperMax arc for Arrow :)

And it was funny....before this episode I forgot that they initially wanted to take those people's powers away and release them, but then had more important things to worry about, which is pretty damn cruel way of treating those metas

Belle Reve next season?

Goddamn that was fucking good.

- WENTWORTH MILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLER YOU GLORIOUS HAMMY SON OF A BITCH! In top form tonight!

- My man Cisco and his crazy sexual tension with Golden Glider! Goddamn all the bad girls want the good boys! Keep sending those vibes, bro!

- Reverse Flash is currently the single greatest villain on TV.

- Dat superhero team up. Prep-time Ollie, zero Dialogue Firestorm (lol), and Barry. It was baller as fuck. Can't wait for Legends of Tomorrow.

- Eddie, even after two weeks of captivity, is still the most level-headed and emotionally mature individual on the entire CW network. You are a fucking hero, Eddie Thawne. Please don't become Evil Zoom! Just stay friends with Barry and co forever.

They really hyped up tonight's episode. And wells doesn't make a good dr. zoom. Lens flare eyes are lame.

Go sober the fuck up.

So chances that we'll have Green Lantern in Flash S2 before he gets his own spin-off ala The Atom?

They could probably spare the budget to do Green Lantern effects for an episode or two, but I doubt they could afford to give him his own series. If he shows up, it'll probably just be occasionally like Firestorm, and the rest of the time it'll be implied that he's out in space doing Green Lantern shit.

Them killing off Deathbolt like that was bullshit since they set up the mystery of him getting his powers prior to the particle accelerator explosion...

So, are we just dropping that? Where the heck did he get his powers from??

Killing Deathbolt doesn't necessarily kill the mystery. Him not getting his powers from the explosion is the sort of thing Teams Flash and Arrow would continue to investigate regardless of whether he's alive or not.

Doug Jones is pretty sure his character is dead but he said there was a slight line change. In the script weather wizard asked cold why he killed deathbolt but on the show killed was changed to shot. Probably means nothing but he brought it up on the flash aftershow.

This show needs Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle. I figure the budget isn't high enough for the CGI needed for that though. But that character would fit in so well. Mexican like Cisco, also a huge dork, would probably be enamored with everyone.

Well, hope they continue to track that.

They introduced the mystery for a simple reason: to get more powered villains on all shows. They'll solve it at one moment or another, but it is probably not really important for the story.

So....basically Cisco?
