Of course it is, its going to release along side the movie, and the movie was delayed, this was expected to be too.

Video games aren't movies, you can't just come up with a schedule and expect them to hit almost every milestone as initially expected. They're more complicated and thus, more susceptible to delays. Sony obviously had two big AAA titles (as well as slightly smaller ones like R&C) lined up for this holiday initially but again, shit happened. It's pretty easy to say "there should've been contingencies!" but a lot harder to actually do it. What are they meant to do, schedule 5 games for the holiday season just in case 2 or 3 get delayed? Sorry but that's completely absurd. And the only alternatives to that are a) Delaying games or b) Rushing games. Sorry but I don't need your mad bizniz skills to apply simple logic to a scenario.
Verendus already ran your argument through the shredder, so there's no real point in continuing this. I just hope you think of this thread next time you start throwing words like "nonsense" around.

Wow, Ratchet and Clank was a game that was marketable for the holidays. It will look like CGI in action and at 60fps (don't screw this up Insomniac. I'm still bitter about your 30-60fps article) with a cute character blowing up stuff.
It would really draw interest with enough advertisement backing. I'm afraid it may be lost among the 2016 spring titles.

Both this and the film will probably release in the same month I guess; I'm really looking forward to it.

The Last Guardian is amongst my most anticipated titles but I don't see it as a block buster, we are a small percentage of people I think.
Really looking forward to seeing the debut trailer for the game.

Fat Princess has been getting this weird, recent push out of nowhere with the PS4 and mobile game. Not sure it'd be a good idea though, the game's style (cartoon-y with blood) might not do so well in the cinema (kids won't be able to watch due to parents, and older peeps will get turned off by the cartoon-y style). I also feel like there'd be a shitstorm over Fat Princess herself, specifically on Tumblr but that wouldn't be a negative for me lol
I'd rather it be Jak and Daxter tbh. Then they can move towards a proper animated Platformer 3 crossover movie :O

After Sunset Overdrive, I'm pretty sure this game will look very good. Hope to see some high quality fur on Ratchet
Not sure, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for 60 fps. I think there will likely be new gadgets or some from newer games.
