Had fun in the NYC location last year. Ran into ginger ninja on the line and ended up sitting with him and getting Halal Guys afterwards. I didn't even RSVP and yet I got in.

It's nice to see they're expanding it to one additional theatre I'm the city this year. The Times Square one is no doubt going to be packed to the brim. It's so much closer to me but I prefer the Union Square one. It looks that's gonna be the one to organize the NYC GAF meet up at.

Yup, that's the one. It would make more sense for you Jersey folks to go to the one in Times Square given how convenient it is unless you want to drive out there. Maybe Jersey/CT GAF meet up.

Might have a divided group though since a few GAF members on Twitter leaning are towards going to the one in Union Square because of less tourists and more places to eat at that are less crowded. I'm not spearheading the NYC meet ups so I guess a proper head count/doc is TBD.

Weak sauce. They moved the Missouri location from St. Louis to Kansas City. That's four hours away and now the closest location to STL, but we got it last year, so fair enough, right? Well, out of curiosity, I checked the Kansas location and it's in Topeka, which is an hour drive from KC.

For those that went last year - is this show worth going to?

Only if the theater is within an hour drive from you.

Being with other people interested in PS stuff and the freebies were kind of nice, but the feed glitches and lame "exclusive" interview segment that repeated everything shown at E3 sucked the good out of that experience. That was not worth a 3 hour drive I took to it.

If it weren't for the feed glitches at the start during the ads, the Scarecrow reveal wouldn't have been so good, so I'm inclined to agree. At least, if that's not the case, it's a pretty solid excuse.

Went last year in Minnesota and had a towerfall competition with my buddy while in line. Good times. Definitely going to grab tickets again this year. Didn't meet up with any Gaffers but I would like to this time if possible.

So for those who went last year how fast did the tickets sell out and can you reserve more than one?

It completely depends on venue. If you don't get a ticket, people that don't make it have their tickets throw back into the pool for people that are wait in a line at the theater.

I'm still trying to figure that out. I want to go with my gf.

Also keep in mind you have to provide a name for your guest and they have to provide ID as well which means you need to confirm who you're taking before getting the tickets.
