Where on the Playstation app? It's a 16-digit code, and the Redeem Code function on the app only takes 12 digit codes, just like on PSN.

He is talking about the $5 voucher code, not the E3 experience code. Date of redemption is on the VIP cards.

Why doesn't it work? You have to redeem it on the site, not the PS4.

Mine worked fine earlier today.

The voucher they gave us expired on June 21, but if you redeemed it correctly, it seems the $5 codes are being sent and work fine when you follow instructions.

I started a thread about this issue on the PlayStation Forums here. Don't use chat or phone support both will just tell you there's nothing they can do about it. They told me to file a complaint here but whenever I click "This form" it just brings me to the PlayStation homepage. So I had a chat agent file the complaint for me but they were leaning on the fact that they still won't do anything regarding the issue. If nothing will be done I'll just hold off for a bit to give them more time to address this issue before I end up giving my code to my friend.

I used the $5 to nearly buy Shadow Warrior PS4, a game I already owned on Steam but figured I'd get better performance out of the PS4 version, so it helped with the whole "But I already own this" remorse.
