MODOK Assassin seemed silly and pointless, but there were a couple funny moments.
Attilan Rising seemed like it might have a kind of noir vibe to it that I'll probably dig as it goes on.
The art in Secret War Journal was friggin gorgeous, particularly the first story.
Infinity Gauntlet is off to a super slow start, but the art is excellent.
X-Men '92 feels light and whimsical, but I can already tell that Inferno is gonna be good.
2099 was OK.
They're all doing a good job of parceling out bits and pieces of information on how this universe operates. I feel like I got some answers this week.

Doom and Strange have apparently been friends for years and it feels absolutely genuine. And people say Hickman can't do character moments well.

For the main Avengers book, especially in the first few arcs, I can sort of see the complaint that it's more high concept stuff with too many characters not allowing single ones to really shine. New Avengers had several really great character arcs. The Namor and T'Challa stuff in particular was great, as well as them trying to come to terms with doing questionable stuff in the name of good.

Yeah, the lineart by itself is fantastic. It looks like there's actually supposed to be a highlight there since the lines around it all cut off.
It ended. That's the only redeeming quality I can think of.

This looks glorious. I wonder if the
Cabal will even be able to stand up to God-Doom, and if the Infinity Gauntlet will pose a challenge...since the gems only work in the universe they were created in. Also can't wait to see if the Beyonders are playing in any part of this.
I think
the key to them being able to challenge Doom Messiah is the fact that he isn't omniscient. Maker, Thanos, and Maximus are very, very clever, they're going to have a plan. As for the Beyonders the cover to issue 5 is very suggestive.

omnipotent. I was thinking of course Doom put this all together but that the God thing was just a title to keep all of the inhabitants of Battleworld in order. Doom actually being God is awesome.
