You know whats good, splatoon. Splatoon is a good video game, like the aesthetic, really liking the sky scraper stage, liking the time of day. Maybe future stages go even more into the city theme.

Love how the whole plaza changes for Splatfest and everyone is moving to the beat.
This shot is amazing, so is the 2D animations
It just makes me wish Splatoon had some sort of replay mode, where you could save matches and watch them again from different angles and stuff. Would be so badass.
Yeah, the slow motion spin arounds alone could make for some crazy footage to manipulate.
Makes me wonder how powerful snipers might be on that stage. It looks very open and there is good high ground.
Splatoon should be the vehicle through which life's most binary questions are answered once and for all.

I think there are 3 new stages in the video:
* At 0:46, it's Bluefin Depot (currently available in Single Player)
* At 0:56, it's Kelp Dome (currently available in Single Player)
* At 0:58, it's Camp Triggerfish
Some other details:
* Matches takes place at night.
* During the Splatfest, the players can only play Splatfest matches online
* The Splatfest Tee that contenders get for voting on the Splatfest, disappears when the Splatfest is over.
* The Splatfest has its own scoring system, where a winning match is 3 EXP points.
* A player can win up to 12 super sea snails (184 EXP points or more)
* The final total team score is balanced against the number of people voting for a team

Also we get to find out how it works more like how points are rewarded. The full 12 shells needs nearly 200 points. If it is one point per win and it is turf wars that is 10 hours of playing with an 100% win rate and zero downtime between matches.
As sad as getting completely owned due to everyone else having slot added or respeced gear will be there will be a day of no Japanese players then no day of American players and then Europe only! (then I find out I am the lag problem...or the Australians which are the same region)
