Hype train re-engage.

Well. And there's that too.

Ummmmmmmmm protecting the source obviously

How is that protecting the source lol.

Simply saying you've got a source, doesn't mean anything. Many people who have leaked things mention they have a source, not disclosing the source is protecting the source.

Anyway this is going round in circles. Keith Stuart has staked his reputation on it, and to be honest I've never even heard about him up until now lol.

Time will tell, I've not said it won't be here, I hope it is so I can see how good it is.

I was just amused by his podcast, he sounded a little amateur but I won't say anymore now that's fine.

Oh boy. Gonna be a long time until Monday. GAF will have chewed every piece of info into 1,000,000 pieces until then. E3 season is not E3 season until we have something to get our hopes up for, despite the odds. Every event is the same, really. Lest I remember everyone of Crash at PSX.

He has been with The Guardian for 10 years
Pretty sure he's above an amateur

I'm more worried about TLG sucessfully recapturing the magic of both its predecessors than it actually coming out.
SotC was a huge step up from ICO IMO and with having much more technical freedom since PS2, I am hopefull that they will. The old trailers alone capture that same magic. But who knows what the game looks like now.

Why are you ignoring his tweet?

He just clarified his source isn't his "lie detection" lol

One thing is for sure, Keith has staked his entire reputation and career on this, so I guess somehow he is absolutely certain in his own mind it will be there. He's said it on Twitter multiple times. If he is somehow wrong on this one he's gonna be a laughing stock for a while after this.

I should just stop reading this or any TLG thread until E3...

This has been an emotional roller coaster, I'm not sure how much more I can handle.

And we're still 5 days away!

MCV

For what it’s worth, MCV was last week told the same but was unable to get a second corroborating source so did not report the news. Plus, we’re pretty certain the same source told us the same thing last year

So MCV were given a similar statement, so could have been the same source?

No way this game actually exists, no way. You guys are just begging to be disappointed.

I'd like to see it, I want to see it, but no way will we see it.

Recently, PlayStation 4 lead architect Mark Cerny was implied to be playing a role in closing out the game's development. According to Just Add Water studio head Stewart Gilary on a recent episode of the PS Nation podcast, The Last Guardian may have new custodians.

"I did hear a funny story about The Last Guardian," Gilray says. "It's a certain somebody's software team. And that certain somebody is the guy that helped out with the architecture of Vita and PS4. I'm led to believe that his team is bringing The Last Guardian to the finish. That's all I'm saying."

We spoke with Gilray, who clarified his comments. “Cerny spoke about The Last Guardian last year saying it’s definitely still happening," Gilray told us. "It’s a Tokyo Studio project. Ueda-san even said the TLG team was working on Knack with Cerny. Adding all these elements together it seems like a good bet that he, or at least his team is involved, wouldn’t you say?”

Woke up and now finally back at work.

Guys... it's happening. Our dreams are coming true.
I feel it in my balls.

This thread is going to be like that Winnie the Pooh Baseball thread where I keep revisiting it every so often just for the memories.
