I think that's cammy. Has the hood like cammy, the hair, says "Secret Delta" and has the upside down triangle like the Delta Red symbol.

Maybe it's just the perspective doing tricks to my eyes, but that arm looks way too big even for Cammy.

I really like this art direction a lot more than SFIV. Can't wait to see other characters.

It's the same art direction as SFIV (watch the teaser video they did for it) just better graphics on the new hardware. It's definitely not classic Street Fighter.

Seems they've toned down the cel-shading from the previous time we saw the game, characters look better regardless of what they did anyway. The scenery though, again, looks kinda bad.
