This just in! This patch has reintroduced wave dashing and L-cancelling but to perform these moves you must swing your control in the air a quarter circle while pivoting the c-stick ever so slightly.

Also, will Dreamland be free or a separate purchase? It would be weird to bundle it only with Ryu etc.
Also, I hope more stages are coming! More the better to fill up the 3DS pretty bland roster for me.

I can't conceive NOT buying character/stage DLC for Smash. The idea of people being fine having incomplete rosters is baffling to my mind. Smash DLC could be playable Sandbag and the stage could be a flat black line on a white background and I would buy it day one.

Doesn't he only have Super Armor on his really, really slow EX punch move? Mac's attacks seem generally faster than Ryu's, too.

Actually next to Marth/Lucina's critical hit Roy's sucks. Both of theirs are insta-kills, his is not despite being harder to land.

If Lucina or Marth miss theirs, there's a good chance they'll probably fly off the stage, though. Roy's seems a little harder to dodge, and without a punishment for missing.

Wow, seriously? You'd think shorter range = more power. Ah well, I still appreciate the effort Sakurai put in to make Roy less clone-y, especially since I preferred him over Marth back when I was a kid playing Melee.
....but I guess if Marth/Lucina miss, they pretty much fly off the stage, so I guess less risk?
