It was a lame reaction honestly, someone linked to it earlier and I was expecting a big entertaining reaction, but it was just him saying "is that it?" and pointing out how annoyed the audience looked and then looking a bit sad.

Definitely not an entertaining reaction video.

Yes. They already have the story, setting, characters, maybe even models if they use Advent Children, battle system, lore, etc. all they need to do is make the environments in luminous and voice acting. And like someone said, they could reuse landscapes from other games while changing aesthetics like color of foliage. Given a clear directive, it's definitely doable in 2-3 years.
