Sony definitely convinced me to upgrade my PC in 2016.
But announcing a kickstarter in E3?
That just makes me sad, for some reason

Sony destroyed everything in terms of announcements and future games. But I have to give it to Microsoft for features and exclusives this year. Super happy with both overall.

They sacrificed Vita for this conference to be possible. Really enjoyed the show. 8/10 for me. Personal game of the show was Horizon. It felt like such a fresh breeze of air. Uncharted 4 looked insane too. So much destruction! Glad to see many PC games too.

Didn't like Destiny and Call of Duty but no confence can have all interesting parts. Announcing a Kickstarter at E3 was weird to say at least. Not sure what to make of it.

TY Sony

Yeah I have to hand it to Sony, probably one of the best shows i've seen in recent memory...I don't know what Nintendo has in store for tomorrow, but no way in hell they can touch that...well done Sony, nothing but hit after hit.

Absolutely legendary conference. Unbelievable. Probably the best ever, up there with Nintendo E3 2004.

11/10, 6 stars, 3554763/3554763

Only problem is this kind of thing can never be topped unless a dual Crash/Half Life 3 reveal happens.

This overall was a pretty bad conference...just third party crap and things we already knew about.

Then again, they hosted PlayStation experience so that took a lot of content.

Horizon looks great! Last Guardian...still looks like it did in 2009 or w/e.

Idk I think you're all delusional if you think this was one of the best Sony conferences, they have done better.

Okay, the 3 announcements were fucking insane, absolutely incredible, but I have a few concerns.

There was absolutely no indie announcements, so many games need release dates. Bloodborne DLC. Rime. Where are they?

Overall a solid conference.

+ Last Guardian footage finally!
+ FF7 remake to be multiplatform with only timed exclusitivity for PS4! Everybody wins!
+ Shenmue Kickstarter for multiple platforms!
+ Hitman getting a reboot is great news, especially after Absolution.
+ Project Horizon put on a solid show, need to see more, but shows promise.

- Dream wasn't my cup of tea
- Firewatch didn't show much, didn't intrigue me.
- An overabundance of third party multiplatform games in the middle and near the end.
- Timed exclusive add-on content everywhere, hate it when any company pulls this shit.
- Vita having next to no presence at the conference
- No Man's Sky looked nice, but it was such a small tidbit of gameplay. Needs a much bigger gameplay demo.
- CoD Blops III premier didn't impress me much either

You forgot uncharted fucking BREAKING and that guy being pissed and just leaving without saying anything.

So yeah, I don't want to overhype it like everyone else is bound to. But that was an A+ conference. The three megatons speak for themselves (even if personally I find TLG a bit dull, think FF7R won't come out in the next five years, and also think a kickstarter Shenmue is destined to be disappointing). Good variety of games beyond those. Really no bad parts to speak of (no "Powers" moment), although the last minute Uncharted failure was funny (otherwise good showcase).

EDIT: Hope this isn't a double post from lag lol.
