I watched them talk over the Sony conference and they were ok - honestly I think with a large group like that it often devolves into 'who can get a snarky comment in before the others' which can really grind after a while. But generally they're a good bunch. It takes a lot to impress them but that's ok. Shitting on another site's stuff is unprofessional though, so kinda ironic if they called Gametrailers unprofessional.

I watched their reaction several times now, and this video putting it all after another just hyping up more and more, it's amazing. So infectious.

I smile every damn time seeing their reactions, that I'm almost tearing up at the end of their Shenmue reaction in this video.

These are adult people having a strong reaction on a matter they have strong feelings for. Just think about how impassioned sports fans can get, over things any outsider would likely dismiss as trivial.

I don't personally give two shits about Shenmue 3 since I never played the previous entries, but I can easily ride the wave and just feel the energy of the people who do care about it. Seeing people go nuts over a happy events made me happy as well.

They were snarky assholes through every conference. Soon as a video started for a game it was a rush to who could make the 1st joke mocking it.
High school jock shower room level shit jokes too, with them all quickly turning to aplha male Jeff in the middle for his approval of their crap. Eurgh.
GT teams hype and excitement for all the conferences was so refreshing and actually fun to watch.
If you're as jaded as the Giant bomb team its time to take a sabbatical on a tropical island for a few months, coz you're not doing anyone a benefit by shitting on the industry you're involved in.

The whole GT coverage was insane. From Huber losing it to Shenmue, to Brandon Jones intense debate with Ben Moore and Ian Hinck over No Man's Sky. This picture just kind of brings it all around. It's awesome.

Yeah, I remember that being a GT fan here was rather weird haha. Now it seems everyone here is a GT fan. Quite awesome.

[GAF posted 430 individual posts in the single minute after TLG was unveiled. That's 9 pages in a single minute.]
