DOF works in versions of the ReShade Framework. You just need to go into the common settings file in the ReShade directory and enable the logarithmic depthbuffer toggle. Is there a reshade profile with DOF that works?
EDFX makes the graphics more realistic as you can see from the sample shots below (more can be found on the EDFX page). There is quite a difference and they do look a little more realistic when you examine the lighting.
The good news for anyone tinkering with the utility is that it can also be tested with other games thanks to the ability to <Add 32bit Game> or <Add 64bit Game> options that are included in the latest version.
EDFX EnhanceD FX Graphics is available here and its worth a look if youre not satisfied with The Witcher 3 lighting. If you do grab the file, make sure you check the included ReadMe files so you understand how this functions.

You might be careful- it's possible it could break some scripting. There are certain scenes where scripts kick off entering or exiting places because CDPR knows that you can only fast travel via specific points.
What settings are you playing on exactly? Your screens have this nice blur(?) I'd like to have as well.Trying out that cutscene lighting mod with reshade

Since beating the main quest, I've played like 20 more hours while using this command. No problems whatsoeverI wouldnt.. it could break scripting from what I gather

Yeah, soundtrack is awesome but it gets repetitive at times.Has anyone found a way to add your own music into the game? I was thinking of adding some Witcher 1 and 2 into the mix.
I'm really hoping for some sort of map mod that makes the world map full screen. It drives me nuts to see that massive black border around it every time I open it.
This mod disables Hairworks on Geralt's hair (only original hairstyles, not DLC)...
From the Hairworks on Everything but Geralt page:
Hopefully the DLC hair gets added soon, because this works great otherwise.
Everyone except the starting one.Which of the haircuts are the DLC ones?

Added hairstyles DLC support to FILES/MISCELLANEOUS. DLC users must install BOTH normal and DLC versions.
General:
Increased damage of enemies on normal and above difficulties; slightly for normal, moderately for broken bones and greatly for death march.
Increased enemies' resistances reductions for death march and added them to broken bones difficulty too.
Increased roll and parrying stamina delay
Reasons for these changes:
Death March should be an hardcore mode, but it is not so difficult in vanilla and as far as broken bones, well, that's as normal difficulty in Witcher 2. With these changes the two modes, especially DM, should be much more difficult. Incoming changes to enemies strength based on threat level will consolidate this increase in overall difficulty of the game.
Roll spamming is not penalized enough in the default game and parrying is too cheap. I don't want to add a base stamina cost to these actions (so as not to change the gameplay dynamics too much) but I wanted the two actions to have a little more cost as far as stamina goes.

Better combat mod

A sample of some of the changes. More at the link
I don't see how this is "better", looks like all it really does is makes combat more drawn out.
Beard Hairworks is still on with the mod, only Geralt's hair is off. Perfect mod.
There's also an update regarding hair DLC:
Add some fake tan and voila:

Did you download the latest version? I had the same issues as you did, but just downloaded the newest version for 1.06. Everything seems to be running well so far..Sometimes, my game just go back to the desktop(without crashing), but I can't go back to the game... I hear the voices from the cutscenes continuing, but that's it... is this caused by using Cheat Engine or is that some unfortunate glitch from the game?

The latest version of the WItcher 3 files for it. I just downloaded it a few hours ago, so I have not spent that much time playing so far..so cant really say. But I want to assume it will help..Latest version of Cheat Engine or the Witcher 3 file for it? I think I've been using the same stuff since 1.03 or 1.04
