Why does everyone assume twitter accounts are run by interns? As someone who works in marketing, I cringe when I see this all the time. "An intern just got X company in a lot of trouble on twitter!" Companies pay big money to marketing agencies to have teams of professionals work on their social media content, both live responding and planned content months in advance. It's almost never ever an intern. Social is too important.
