Ryo is clearly popular with the ladies, even if they are unpopular with him.Not only her, but Nozomi's friend Yuki, or whatever, always flirts with Ryo when I talk to her as well.

Just a question for those who have pledged money. Datas like shipping addresses will be collected later after the Kickstarter ends successfully, right?
I'm at the beach but just spent a few mins getting caught up on everything. To be clear, all of Kotaku is off today, and we've got a guest freelancer running the site, so posts aren't going through the regular editorial process. As you guys saw, I expressed my feelings in the comments.
:lolWho is the kotaku's boss? Lan di?
Yeah, hahaha. So many great little nuances anyone could miss.

Is there a way I can get BOTH the PC and PS4 physical copies? Two Kickstarter accounts?
We should organize an anti Kotaku campaign. As much negative press as possible. See how it feels when the tables are turned
If it helps, I'm wayyyyy more frustrated than any of you are.I have to say, my level of respect for Kotaku had been rising for the last year. Never actually hated the site or anything, but your pal Phil Owen is doing a remarkable job at sabotaging the integrity Kotaku has been building.
Granted, I'm a massive Shenmue fan, but I've also had history in game journalism, testing, development, and documentary work. Posts like Phil's belong in in forums without moderation.
Ah ok. I'll save my $60 when it actually releases. The Kickstarter PS4 copy has an exclusive backer-only case.
That post would fit right in with Gawker and Jezebel. All it needed was a pic of a dude with his brains blown out.If it helps, I'm wayyyyy more frustrated than any of you are.
i played an odd version of outrun years ago. it had a weird little steering wheel controller but no seat. i couldn't tell if it was a bootleg or a super old low-cost model of the game.On a more upbeat note, I played OutRun today in an actual arcade, on a proper sit-down arcade machine, complete with hydraulic motion. The crt screen was blurry, the stereo speakers in the seat were too loud, the steering wheel rested at a 30° turn, and the start button/ignition had sticky black goop on it. And you know what? It was glorious and I loved every second. Already backed Shenmue 3 during Sony's conference and I couldn't be more excited.

it's kinda nuts when something that old turns up in the wild. the oldest cabinets i usually see are daytona usa, sega rally, and a marvel vs capcom one just the once.
So my $275 artbook pledge, will that get me the pysical PS4 version?
PS4 Physical Copy Reward Details:
All backers pledging for a $60 Reward tier or higher, will have the option of a PS4 Physical Copy as their platform choice.
After the Kickstarter finishes, a survey will be sent out to backers in these tiers to confirm your choice of platform. Choose one of the following:
1. PS4 Physical Copy
2. PS4 Digital Copy
3. Windows PC Physical Copy
4. Windows PC Digital Copy.
Backers who have pledged for a PC Physical Copy will not need to adjust their rewards if they would prefer a PS4 Physical Copy instead.
Payment will be accepted right when the Kickstarter ends. Addresses for shipping will be collected long after in a survey that will be emailed to you once they are ready to start receiving your information.
i'd love to try the deluxe version of the original. i tried the deluxe outrun 2 years ago and it was a blast. i'd love to find afterburner and hang on too. There are two bar+arcades in my city that both have an outrun machine like that. I always make it a point to play it![]()
Seems everything $60 and above gets it

Well, I'm not mad. If anything, I feel for ya! As a fan of Kotaku it's nice to know that you're frustrated, but just get someone to impress upon him to deal with his negativity (on Twitter, too) and then get back to enjoying the beach. Happy 4th!If it helps, I'm wayyyyy more frustrated than any of you are.
Enjoy your beach day and July 4th!If it helps, I'm wayyyyy more frustrated than any of you are.
good to see kotaku still being kotaku.

I backed the KS on the first day for PC physical but now I also want that PS4 physical copy as well...
We should contact the guys involved and let them know we want add-ons. The ability to add extra copies to our existing pledge would be great.
Honestly didn't think the 30 on the 3rd campaign would go so well. It's great to see it's working.

Yes totally! It should be possible to buy the digital and physical edition with one account. I'm sure there's a lot of fans out there who would play via digital and keep their physical copy sealed.
Guys, let's focus on the important things. Like why Kurita couldn't settle down and broke up with Yuriko.

Average pledge went up to 85 dollars that's insane in a good way.
