If it's tatsu then it's still essentially a dive kick since it goes diagonally down now

Edit: after seeing the HQ trailer I dig him more. His hair looks a little doofy, but I dig overall. Also I'm fairly certain that's not Akuma flashed at the end. Very curious to see who might get teased/revealed come EVO.

They made a specific effort to mention they were moving away from clone characters and no one expected a wild redesign of Ken of all people, so it wasn't a super unreasonable assumption.

Ryu wearing the same gi, but it getting dirtier and browner with each entry is actually the coolest consistency I've ever seen in a fighting game.

Edit: only negative thing about the redesign is how bright and 'chunky' is hair looks. Otherwise, everything about new Ken is cooler
