I was guessing they didn't mean to include a timestamp because the very first match is a Mika one and she wins it
I hope if they do update Mika's design they don't make her into something horrendous or try to make her 'edgey' or the like. Her bubbly goofiness is half the charm and it's always more fun beating folk with a character that has some comical elements

edgy? She's a comical character, so what you should be afraid of is the birdie treatment

There's no competing lists. There were only two that hadn't been apparently discounted by multiple sources (the one with 'sherry' was supposedly disavowed from several people in the know) and the one with the german femme fetale and si-won is proved a dud because it said Eagle would be shown at this SDCC event, which he clearly hasn't
The only remaining ones are Bogard's original which only states things that have now been proven plus saying there'd be 4 new characters: Laura, Rashid, Zen and an unknown from Africa, India and Brazil. He states in that leak that he doesn't know about the rest of the roster, only that he knows roughly how many there are.
The second leak builds on what Bogard said by adding returning characters:
Bogard laughed at this saying "any list with R.Mika in it is Bullshit" but I theorise this simply means he thinks she's unlikely/dislikes her as the original leak stated he did not know who the returning newcomers are AND in response to a youtube video 2 days ago he stated 'I do not know who is in the roster'.
edit: it's worth noting that the siliconera 'leaks' of Alex, Urien, R.Mika and Karin only lend support to this list and Ken's reveal is still within the list's roster.

Fair enough :3 Again, he's gone on to state 'I do not know the roster' so I think he's fairly adamant that he doesn't know for sure outside of the things he outright leaked. He did say what he had shared was second-hand from someone close to the info and the 'bullshit' line was merely in reaction to someone slapping the list in his face and saying "what do you think?" XD

I don't know, SF4 initially had Gief, Honda and Abel. I guess Honda and Abel aren't true grapplers, but all three of them fall under the "big bodied heavy hitter" category, as it were.

Abel is a grappler, unless you need a full circle SPD to be a grappler.

I do consider Abel to be a grappler, but I've talked to a number of folks who wouldn't lump Abel into the category of Zangief and Hugo.
Still, he is as much of a grappler as Gief is. When your command throw is a key part of your gameplan, then you can be considered a grappler. Characters like Makoto and Abel are just as much a grappler as the big meat mountains like Gief and Hugo.

Seth is a big mash of a character, but his SPD is a big part of his gameplay, so I would say yes.
I think you can make a good argument that Ibuki is not a grappler since you can technically block her vortex.
That was much better than I thought it would be. Also the host guess for the character at the end is E-Honda with braided hair, he used the eye brows and face paint as indicators. That doesn't really match up though.

I kind of wish they would, or at least they should make R. Mika thicker/chubbier than her Alpha appearance. I'd prefer a wide range of body types. For instance, I'm mildly irritated they made Cammy bustier when she really fit that lithe archetype. But really, that's extreme nitpicking.
