Fighting Games Weekly | Jul 6-12 | Freuds Among Us

The yata UI is interesting since the devs all come from SNK background. Their UI were rough, but not to this extent.

Wonder if Nyu media should have taken control of the UI and made at least something presentable.

His face is meh but he's great otherwise, looks very slick gameplay-wise.

Really dig that smooth transition from special moves into the V-Trigger activation.

I'm still kind of amazed that I'm getting more and more interested in SFV considering how low that series is on my list of fighting game favorites. The stuff they're doing does look really interesting.

Are we expecting a Tekken(or any other Namco) announcement at EVO? The game was announced there last year, I won't accept anything less than Nina this year.

Tekken 7 is only scheduled for a 2 hour block. But Wii U has 4 hours schedule right before it. It shouldn't need all 4 hours. <-<

If something is announced, it'll be then.

Supah is the biggest creeper of the highest order. Reminds me of Snow when he use to post every Kayo video he could get his hands on.

Bandai Namco's fighting games panel is going on right now. Looks like there might be an announcement? https://twitter.com/MarkMan23/status/619591790954307584

There's a terrible live stream here - https://www.watchonperiscope.com/broadcast/37366978

I'm sure Ono and Harada are mates and they will both troll each other on this. They are the right guys for that job. And like Hayashi theyir undefcalss men pervs each and every one of them.

I'd be surprised to see a Madcatz promotional sale during EVO, I think their production run volume with the TE2 is a bit more apprehensive than what we have seen in the past. I think they are trying to reduce any unnecessary costs of inventory, probably due to their current financial situation. However, the one advantage to smaller production runs is that if demand remains at a good level, it allows for a greater variety of sticks to be produced. I wonder if we will get a T7 stick.

Ono has the right idea, Namco can't tell people to pre-order T7, so why not tell them to pre-order SFV instead.

Why is there a Tekken 7 panel? Are the idiots in charge over at Namco going to actually announce a console release of their game? Or are they just there to promote the tournament that no one in the USA can actually enter?

Any fighting gamer out that wants to stay a fighting gamer, and doesn't want to worry about their parents telling them to learn all about that 401k, all about joining the workforce, then, buy Street Fighter V.
At a panel with Tekken players attending? They got that 401K tech on lock doe.
