Has the release date been made publicly known yet?

I don't think there is, but here is what Daredevil did. It wrapped principal photography in Dec. 2014 and released in April, so about 4 months for post-production and what not. Jones hasn't wrapped yet on its principal photography, and even if it continues for another week or two, it'll only probably release around late December/early January. My guess is, we'll get something at or around D23 with a release date attached to it. We got Daredevil's first teaser about 2 months before the premiere, and that had the release date attached to it.

Given that Jones and Cage have legit super powers, I think it's pretty safe to say he will have his legit power as well.

They gave Daredevil his powers the same way as the comics, radioactive chemical spill, which both caused his blindness and enhanced his senses. In general the MCU hasn't been afraid to stick relatively close to the comics so I don't see why they wouldn't here.

Probably, but I feel like his purple skin made sense with his powers. The purple man's crazy skin complexion is what made his mind control pheromone a little bit more....believable? Fits in the comics but I'm sure they will figure something out that fits for the show.

fits with her story, just because you get powers doesn't mean shit becomes jolly happy time
