I think they would be wise to release the remaster on PC as well, in order to tap into the PC fanbase that may show up for Shenmue III.

I hope PC have options too, not Steam only. All of my PC games are @gog.com and I will like to keep it that way.

Yeah, Japan time is 13 hours ahead of Eastern and 16 hours ahead of Pacific time.

Strong words of advice for everyone... Based on how Japanese developers has been treating the PC of late, I think it would be in our best interest to inform Yu Suzuki very early on how the PC version need to be treated. Why? Because do not be surprised if the PC features truly doesn't get taken advantage of as proven by many Japanese developers. I'm referring to freely playing the game at 120fps (might be locked to 30fps or depending on how he does the scripting scene timings, this doesn't have to be so if considered from the start), playing the game in 4K native, all the features bells and whistles such as AO, and so on. Yes, the PS4 will be an incredible version of the game but since the game will come end of 2017, we need to remember that there will be more than a Nvidia 980Ti by then so it would be great to take advantage of the PC's features. Of course, it is best to alert him about this after Kickstarter so he can stay focused. Oh yes, don't bother what he said in the Q&A as that could mean anything; regardless of thoughts is in our best interest to speak our minds about this in respect to graphical features (do not be confused from expecting something like The Witcher and Deep Down level of intense polygon graphics as that is not what I am saying).
Should probably tweet about it to Cedric Biscay since him and his company is in charge of the PC version.

i think there are screens and stuff, but no real footage. well, unless you count the niao sun stuff.

Cool stuff there. It looks like in the original Kowloon was actually connected to the rest of Hong Kong as it was in real life. Also, that picture of Shenhua there was kinda interesting. I figure it was either a placeholder, or they totally reworked the story.

Nice to see a lot less minuses this time around. Hopefully those 500s are going up not down. Still haven't decided if I'll do that with mine or not.
Yeah, this is the first positive day for both the $29 and $60 PC tier in 4 days. The decline in the $500 tier was most likely caused by the introduction of $600 and $700 tiers yesterday. It's not that everyone is backing out of their pledges, they're just upping their pledges to the new tiers.

The chibi toy is awfully tempting and I would even seriously consider it if the game was coming out in the near future, but giving away a grand without seeing a return for 2+ years is too much. I'm at the $100 level for now, likely will go up to the physical soundtrack tier before the grand finale

I remember when Shenmuedojo member LanDC in 2005 I believe, discovered the whole area from wish road sequence being explorable.
It's insane all the details and elements they put in this area for a simple motorbike sequence that went by so quickly.
