Street Fighter V Beta Access Codes (Gamestop Preorder Information)

I was scared that Amazon.ca wasn't getting the beta because of the beta's website linking to .com so I preordered it from EB Games and they sent me the code yesterday. Now I know that .ca gave out the codes I have an extra beta code.

Any person that wants a beta code can PM me and STUFF.

EDIT: Code has been given away. Goodbye and hooray.

I keep hoping some miracle is gonna happen and Capcom is just gonna say "you can play RIGHT NOW CAUSE WE LOVE YOU!"

It won't. So close.

Do we need to pay in full for gamestop preorders or can I just put $5 down?

Just pre-order it on Amazon to get the code. You don't have to worry about putting down any money. They don't charge your card....only when it's shipped. You can cancel your pre-order anytime. No repercussion!!

Didn't think of this, thanks. Got the code instantly too then cancelled lol.

I wanna get gud with Nash. Definitely gonna try out Cammy when she becomes available as well.

Probably gonna first hop on Ryu to get the hang of things.

I haven't played Street Fighter since the Genesis days, but Evo pulled me back in.

I guess Ryu first?

There must be hundreds if not thousands of cancelled orders on these games that have a free beta attached :P wonder if they will prevent this somehow in the future.

I don't see why they'd want to or care. Also maybe they'd pass the info onto to the publishers and they'd just do a general release beta.

just dont cancel your preorder on amazon and wait patiently. itll be there before beta. you aernt even being charged, so nothing to worry about.

I would be pissed as a retailer as that skews the order rate and our projected income a lot if there indeed would be several tens of thousands of dollars suddenly being pulled.

Amazon might have too big of a system though and most of it is automated so no one is actually making and cancelling orders and thinking about it any further and that money is a drop in the ocean.

Can someone send me a beta code, I pre-ordered on Amazon and the Marketing Department told me I couldn't have the code. Funny thing is I'm in the US don't understand there region specific promotions. So yeah, I would appreciate if someone could get me a extra pre-order on Amazon (and cancel it after the code is sent).

Appreciate it <3

Does this work for EU or just .com?

Has anyone outside the US managed to get a code by preordering with Amazon.com? I ordered a copy last night and was told I was eligible for the Beta when making the purchase, but no code yet.

I pre-ordered a copy from Amazon US and got the code instantly, then cancelled my order. Then redeemed it on my US PSN account. I live in the UK.

Did it just incase I end up not so lucky with the EU sign up process. I NEED to play this game.

i didn't get any codes though when i ordered the game for my european address. It might only work if you use a fake US address. (and risk the game being sent there or your amazon account closed, i dunno) :D

Amazon US ship games internationally so you can use your EU address.

Yes, I did. Got the code around 50 min later.

Surely they'd realise what people would be doing. If it caused that big a problem they wouldn't participate in the promotion in the first place.

A friend from the US hooked me up with a US beta code, but has anyone from EU GAF heard anything back from the beta program sign-up?
