I think it's pretty impressive we just a little over half way through 2015 but we already know 2016 is going to bring us 7 potentially amazing exclusives.

Recore
Gears of War 4
Halo Wars 2
Sea of Thieves
Quantum Break
Crackdown
Scalebound

*Killer Instinct Season 3

As well as indies like Inside, Below and Cuphead.

I just hope we get updates soon on Twisted Pixel and Press Play.

Forza Horizons 3 is a safe bet and I'm sure they haven't announced the entire 2016 line up yet.

Scalebound looks cool. The other titles I'm not interested in, I do wonder if any of the titles will end being delayed. I mean did they even show Recore's gameplay?

Great amount of variety, they just need to make sure the titles are reasonably spaced out. There's always the chance that some might be delayed to 2017, but there's probably also unannounced games too.

Scalebound, Crackdown and KI look fun. Rest I have zero interest in.

I also imagine a few of those will get delayed, honestly.

Is Sea of Thieves 2016? Hope so, but it looked further out.

Need to see a more polished Crackdown and more of ReCore, but if Scalebound turns out as good as it looks, I may have to get one for that anyway.

Not massively interested in the rest. Maybe Halo Wars, but that's going to be on PC for me anyway.

MS is pretty good at not delaying games so far this gen, save for Quantum Break ....

Aren't these reaction threads frowned upon?

But yeah, solid lineup I guess. Looking forward to Crackdown and QB.

Not a reaction thread, only game there unannounced until today was Halo Wars 2. It was stacked before, I just wanna talk about how MS are delivering the goods after how abysmal the latter 360 years were.

I thought Sea of Thieves would be later as well but Phil said 2016 a few times during the conference.

I'm interested in Crackdown, Gears, Scalebound, QB, and maybe ReCore. I don't really care about Sea of Thieves, Forza, or Killer Instinct.

Halo Wars 2 is just kind of whatever for me.

It's a solid lineup for sure. Could use a few more smaller sized games, though. Hopefully Twisted Pixel and/or Press Play will have something ready for next year.

Where's Cuphead tho
It's not a first party game (I assume that's what this thread is about).

I wouldn't say stacked, it has a decent list but again we don't know how they will even out in the full year.

2016 in general looks like an incredible year.

I expect Sea of Thieves and Crackdown will be 2017 releases and I'm suspicious that we haven't seen anything for Recore when it's meant to be out within ~10 months, but on the whole that's a pretty solid line up. Most excited for Scalebound, even if I didn't think today's footage was all that good.

Recore...I'm interested but apprehensive about.
Halo Wars 2...I didn't know I want it but I feel like I might get it on PC.
Gears 4...Yet to be convinced but enjoyed the trilogy.
Sea of Thieves...no interest
Quantum Break...Optimistic.
Crackdown...no interest
Scalebound...looked ok but the framerate was classic P* but it has a year + a bit left so no worries

That said...I go from meh to HOLYFUCKINGSHITTHATWASAMAZING like *that* so...yeah. Not bad though

I think when you're getting around 8 exclusives in a year that are not small budget you can say stacked.

How they turn out of course is anyones guess, most have good pedigree tho thankfully.

Recore - Summer
Gears of War 4 - Fall
Halo Wars 2 - Fall
Sea of Thieves- I think this is going to be F2P like Fable Legends.
Quantum Break - April
Crackdown - Fall
Scalebound - I see this getting delayed to early 2017.

Cuphead is early 2016. Probably before March.

XB1 definitely has a great year planned. But it only takes one or two games to slip before we're all disappointed and claiming "everything was 2017".

I'm skeptical about Recore. Microsoft seem to be in the habit of announcing games way too early this generation, and if Recore is meant to be a spring 2016 title, and yet we saw no gameplay at Gamescom, then I will remain weary of the promise.

However, even when you don't include that, the next 18 months for Xbox are really nice. I'm wondering if we'll hear anything else on 2016 titles. I get the feeling there is more we don't know about aside from the obvious Forza Horizon 3.

I think there's a chance that Crackdown 3 and Scalebound are delayed until 2017. Not saying its going to happen but both games looked very rough and early alpha-ish.

Personally don't really care much for anything on that list, other than Cuphead.

Maybe Scalebound too, but the MC was pretty irritating; undecided on this one for now.

It is indeed stacked.

MS is getting the right mix of variety also.

I cannot wait to play some of those games. It is an exciting time to own a X1.

WIN10 connectivity is awesome

Looking forward to the Elite controller

2016 is so freaking packed with both XOne and PS4 exclusives and also a lot of multiplat stuff. Its going to be a expensive year
