Keep in mind I find the sport boring and I don't follow it at all, but there is no way to even to get evidence.

Also ITT people who have not followed the case at all over the past 6 months making knee jerk reactions about how much the Patriots were cheating. I highly suggest reading up on the evidence in this case.
The team was still fined a mil and losing 2 draft picks, which is in the rule books, nothing in the rule books say suspension and plus they had no real proof on Brady having anything to do with it.
Losing a 1st and 4th round pick sounds like repercussions

This case wasn't even about if he did it or not. It was about if the procedure to hand down judgement from the league was fair or not.

Define "clearly" because obviously your definition differs from what it actually means.
Also that statement is just wrong. The Patriots had draft picks taken away and were fined. Tom Brady was ruled to have no involvement.

People have already made up their minds, asking them to be rational I think is expecting too much. People made up their minds about the Patriots in 2007 (and they were pretty hated at that point).
