What level of support do I need to get to fulton vehicles and containers?
I always get it stuck in my head for like 2 hours afterwards.

Is there a guide or no spoiler youtube video of how the mother base stuff? All I know how to do is develop new weapons but when i check the menus for the rest of the stuff I get overwhelmed. I have like a billion dudes but it doesn't seem like they are assigned.

Well a single install and the usual day one patch which was tiny. Sounds like they are getting the play go portion and full game mixed up.
By far my favorite song in the game so far.
It's so good, I tend to loop it while playing and it just feels nice.

So all of yesterday (from 9am est to midnight est) the servers were down for maintenance on pc. So what's the point in offering the daily reward for that day? I missed out on a decent amount

Doesn't Ocelot say something about it the first time you go at mother base after the animal zoo is made? Plus I'm pretty sure there's a text box after that appears the first time you get on mother base's landing zones menues to tell you exactly how to go to it. Also, It's pretty much in your face at all times when going to mother base. Are the zzz because you're sleepy?
I had a single install, and zero prompts in game. Sounds like you didn't finish downloading it.
I took her down non-lethal because I read it helps with the buddy thing

Rpg? I haven't tried it but its my next mission. Have you upgraded the c4?
Mission 16 was pretty great.
I went into the airport mostly to secure a A+ soldier because I had no idea where the truck was supposed to be and accidentally stumbled into it. I initially tried to stealth around the Skulls like in the first mission around but got anxious waiting for them to move around so I tried to snipe one with my silenced sniper.
Did not know they would instantly find you if you did that. So then I spent about 3 minutes running circles freaking out and eventually jumped into a tank. I had never actually used the tank so I wasted it by shooting at the ground and myself. Luckily there were two tanks because then I just laid waste to all of them.
From the health bars I'm guessing that was supposed to be boss fight. I wouldn't call it the best boss fight since the Skulls themselves were pretty dumb, running into walls but it was still an exhilarating experience trying to adapt to the situation.

I used C4 to stop the lead tank (goes into alert mode, if you are already in alert mode it seems like they keep driving) then destroyed the whole convoy with a mortar. There is one by the anti-air radar. Don't need and developed weapons.

Using the cardboard box in the rain results in the box
deteriorating till it's destroyed, a pretty neat touch.
I did it with C4 and grenades. Definitely possible.Plant C4 in their path, call in ammo drop, plant even more C4. Finish 'em off with grenades.
Apparently very difficult for a lot of people in here. This thread is a minefield and there's already been a lot of stuff spoiled for me that I wish I could have found out on my own.

Run to the Outpost to the East and use the APC there.
If you collect all the delivery point invoices in the game,
you can develop a waterproof box.

Im guessing its cut because I have been asking for days and nobody seems to know.
That's what I did after failing with my RPGs.
What I honestly did was hide and used the Fire Support to get past, because honestly it was getting annoying to do that one.

How quickly did everyone get the fulton upgrade that allows you to pick up the big shipping crates? I figured it would be pretty early but I still haven't upgraded enough. I'm probably only on mission 8 though so if it's a just keep playing thing I guess I'll just keep at it lol.
How do you get the true ending?!?!
That would really suck. I was wondering if it was going to play later on...
