There's a "year one" quest to visit various people in the Tower... You'll get those via that quest...

A quest called Veteran's Tour in Tower. I think you can pick it from your class vendor or the Speaker not sure.

Well, for one they aren't always doing the same "ghost scans and then you have to kill waves of enemies" thing. They are pretty diverse with different mechanics in most of them.

Even the more "tradicional" ones are better paced with interesting encounters and usually a boss fight at the end.

They are way, way better than the vanilla ones. And the ending is pretty epic.

Thanks, I might jump in down the road if the price is right. I put about 60 hours into the base game and never even finished the main story because it was so tedious.

Vanguard and crucible marks were turned into vanguard and crucible commendations in your inventory automatically. Use them to up your reputation.

What special vendor and what year one gear? Are you talking about the shader/emblem/sparrow for year one players? If so, you get those by completing the "veteran's tour" quest line in the Tower, not from a vendor.

boss fight at the end of the story was intense. best Bungie has ever done.

When I got to it I was like "so this is happening" haha. It's a fun encounter that's for sure, looking forward to trying it on hard with friends now.

Again, what special vendor are you talking about and what year one gear are you looking for from this vendor? The special new items for year one players are from a quest and year one items you already obtained like exotics, ships, shaders, emblems, etc are all accessed via kiosks around the tower, not vendors.

Emblems/shaders are by the emblem lady near the Speaker; Exotic weapons/armor are in the main Vanguard area (on the wall behind you as you walk in); ships/sparrows are over in the hangar by the ship lady.

If you own Destiny, TDB, and HOW you can buy TTK for $40 on Xbox one. There's a link on the game map that opens the store to buy it.

If you don't have all the previous expansions you have to buy the $60 legendary version.

That combined with the TIV for the TTK edition $34 at Amazon was a no brainier for me to buy now, ill just keep my Vanilla Destiny Disc and use the DLC

48-34 = 14+tax for DLC and shirt!

I hope so, because Claudia Black's voice is magnificent. It kinda sucked that she had such a shit role, but then again in vanilla Destiny everyone had a shit role, but then one day they just ditched her completely. I hope she comes back as someone far more important.
