We can create our own cutscenes based off audio from the tapes.
Only used for deployment missions because it was op during the games testing, unfortunately.Bump
Anyone?
When I finished the Paz quest I felt it was the best part of the story. I also finished it after the ending, and I'm glad I did.Yeah it's really weird that it was hidden within the game because it really is one of the better moments and the final cutscene itself was one of the only emotional punches I felt in the game.
It's only heightened now after realising how much more depth was added to the scene due to the medic feeling guilty about it. Superbunnyhop really nailed how I feel towards that story arc and again, it's really one of my favourite moments in the game.
Yes I meant your post. It shouldn't be too hard to find one piece of evidence that big boss was a public figure know outside of black ops circles and the CIA. A codec call. A YouTube video. I mean, the Internet is filled info on these games. I've played them all, many many times and to my knowledge big boss is nothing more than a legend within the cia internally. He's an undercover agent in snake eater and then he goes rogue. The only other evidence is the plot twists where he shows up at the end of the msx games and says 'surprise snake it's me!!' So again....source?On what, the other guy's comment?
Or are you asking me on a source for there being other Metal Gear games?
Surely you're not asking for a source of my claims on the plot, since I said in the quoted comment "the other Metal Gear games."
So I dunno, we've got three possibilities here but none that make sense.
I need someone else opinion on this... Did the driving get worse from ground zeroes to phantom pain? I'm having a difficult time turning and the wheels have zero traction. Jeeps specifically.

He's the guy who is terrible at games (on purpose) and always blames them and is also a sexist/misogynistic ass hole who constantly made sexual comments towards EVA and The Boss while playing MGS3.

It wasn't clever though it was obvious and unearned. People are trying to play the twist off like its MGS2.0 but its nothing like that it. The twist itself was expected because it was so bloody obvious and it detracts from the experience and the overall lore. I can't ignore that.
Couldn't disagree more.

That's why you either reboot the series completely, or stop doing games altogether.
It's basically foreshadowing to the n-th degree. Huey committed suicide after seeing what his step-wife was up to. A betrayer gets betrayed. Karma. But one question: They kick Huey out and leave him on that raft, and mention that one day his lies will catch up with him and haunt him. Assuming that all the accusations against Huey are true, are they implying that his suicide as mentioned in MGS2 was due to his past demons from this game, or did he just float back to America and live a merry life until his life became a hentai game come true?
he's gonna have a field day with Quiet then.
NNNNNNNope, that's not how that works.
Unfortunately.
I found all the side ops to be worth doing. Also I'm puzzled that you found it linear compared to phantom pain. It's mission structure is identical. Are you aware that you can rescue Paz first? Or rescue them both and put them together to trigger some neat dialogue? Or that there are other hidden POWs to rescue? It's actually very much a sandbox. Your only objectives are rescue Paz and Chico. The approach itself is wide open and there are several ways to rescue both in either order. Pretty coolJust played Ground Zeroes, not having played it before I started with TPP. It's really weird suddenly seeing Snake as an actual actor in cutscenes, lol
Mission was pretty fun too. TPP couldve benefited from having more of these pre-structured missions, even if they're highly linear
Aside from the main mission, is there anything really worth doing in GZ?

It's got a front cover and a back cover... With the same image... And 4 different pages reprinted x10.Yes, we do need this. Hell, just pump out a box set for the whole series.
Top 5 scenes in MGSV:Story had its issues but a game hasn't made me swell with emotions quite like A Quiet Exit or the infection mission.
Goddamn 51 not being in it.
Oh, of course!
It was all so obvious!
We haven't been playing BB for the last 70 hours! Worst plot twist of all time, you failed Kojima.
... No, mate. Not everybody saw it coming from a mile away. From what I've seen, the minority did. I mean, you're not even explaining yourself. How does this help:
Yeah, dur, the twist was expected because it was obvious.
I literally had no idea it was coming or would happen. The only indication I had was at the start of The Truth when we got to see the 'What about him?' bit again, when I suddenly realised. I thought we would be playing Chico or something to be honest, which would have been great. But it turned out we played the person we made, which was totally unexpected but clever - even more clever was when it became clear Ishmael was a real person and was the real BB - which made all his writing stand out and suddenly make sense. I consider myself someone relatively switched on about these sorts of things. I've called lots of twists before they happened in the past, and funnily enough, I studied and am employed for my writing. (I'm not saying MGSV's writing is good on the whole, just that I have some sort of perspective on this.)
You can criticise the twist itself all you want, but I don't think "it's obvious" is one of the criticisms that should be levelled at it.
Lol. That's called an "example," not a "source." Next time I'll be sure to bring my mind reading helmet.
So how about that both Naomi and Frank Yager meet Big Boss in Mozambique? You know, while he was fighting in the Civil War. And self-evidently interacting with civilians and military personal. And before you start, no, its not Venom, since then she wouldn't give a damn about the events of MG 2.
Maybe that was a second body double. Acid Snake.
Oh and don't forget he took command of FOXHOUND. Like, commanded it. He personally trained Solid Snake, so he's not some shadow figure lurking in the background. Kind of weird that Solid didn't say "Hey Big Boss, what happened to your prominent horn and robotic arm?" or maybe "Whoa Big Boss, you run Outer Heave? Why do you have a prominent horn and robotic arm?"
Maybe that was a third body double. Sulfuric Snake.
Then there's his resurgence of popularity in MGS 4. Soldier know and recognize his face from the vast amount of publicity his actions in the 1990's got. You know, a face without a prominent horn. Maybe he had a robotic arm though. Maybe he wore like a fluffy coat and a hat.
Maybe that was a fourth body double. Acerbic Snake.

as far as MGS4.....what in the heck are you even on about with people knowing and recognizing his face? He was in a coma for the entire game until the very end. the only person who even knows he's still alive is snake and to my knowledge naomi who is dead at that point. It's SOLID SNAKE that's known and recognized, as a terrorist. which is due to the patriots. I seriously think you're a bit confused here but there's honestly no need for sarcasm. if you can provide a source that definitively shows big boss was a well known public figure then feel free to post. otherwise we're done here.

Huh.... It seems you don't know much about MGS4. Big Boss' files, including his identity and his skills were declassified after MGS2. This means that CQC became widespread among soldiers throughout the world (Hence Meryl recognizing it when Old Snake put Johnny on a chokehold). In MGS4, pretty much all soldiers in the battlefield know who Big Boss is and how he looked like.
Big Boss was known worldwide to the general public after MGS2, the Patriots declassified his files and he became an instant pop culture phenomenon. Otacon tells you in a codec call.
Before that BB was likely only known to military and higher up government types.
Taylor Swift is a clone of BB confirmed.

That's gonna take sooooooo many man hours to even look decent, and it still won't compare in the slightest.
I'd rather visualize the scenes for myself
