So weird seeing a blond girl, masks, the red colour scheme and a Jun lookalike in a Persona game again. Is this secretly a Persona 2 sequel? So strange. Half expect the next girl revealed to look like Maya...

It was for me too, but I'm not so sure after PV#03. "I'm not a cat, I'm Morgana!", or whatever it is she said is just ugh...
I've seen this character a million times in anime already, it was never good. I'd like it better if it was just a cat. Who talks when transformed because reasons.

O you can bet she's going to turn into a sexy waifu at some point but for now I'll like her until it happens, i will say so far from the little dialogue and designs we've seen i like this casy better than 4's
There's probably two more party members that are both female, too.
I forgot to say, but even with my reaction to her in PV#03, I still definitely like her more than Teddie. He works fine as a general Atlus mascot, though, so they don't even have to change that. And I wasn't even thinking about sexy transformation, to be honest, though it is pretty likely. I was just thinking about the annoying character who keeps repeating the same joke of how much more important than a mere animal they are. It's also possible that Ryuji will keep calling her "cat", and she will keep answering "I'm not a cat!".

Well going by what we do know about the Persona series, they could have played the Persona game which allows them to utilize Persona like they do in Persona 1 and both of Persona 2 (which could also lead to multiple Persona per character instead of just the main one and reintroducing Philemon as an actual character instead of having him be a butterfly that does nothing but appear to show that he exists in the newer games) or they could invent a new method like they did with Persona 3 and the Shadows. I'm betting more on the latter, if only because the more mature tone falls more in line with the first three games than the more recent Persona titles, spin-offs included, as well as the couple of easter eggs from the older entries in the series like "Joker".
Also because more Persona is more fun.

I think it stands for: Upcoming Major Event - January
There is the Persona Snow Festival 2016 on January. Maybe we'll have some news there!
As for the P4 P3, I really hope they do a HD remaster for PS4. It could be a great idea to get new people to the franchise.

Technically we have no idea what the combat's like, as they haven't shown the core of it yet (nor the core gameplay of a lot of its mechanics). It'll likely be similar to P3 and P4, though, which are turn-based RPGs with an emphasis on exploiting enemy weaknesses and aspects of monster collection/fusion.

Super excited to see the rest of the cast. Do we know how many playable characters we'll have to choose from? They haven't put a foot wrong with the first 5 as far as I'm concerned.
Nope. All we know is that there's at least one more, going by the number of figures running down the pyramid in some zoomed-out shots.

Easiest thing i can compare persona 4's combat too is pokemon. Moves are based around elements and most enemies have some kind of weakness with each character having there specific elements and you decide what mkves they have
But then again im not a jrpg guy so someone can probably compare it too something more similar
