Wow, the only body types are "Feminine" and "Masculine." No height or weight changes.
Do they sell the instruments separately? I want to get the game digitally but would like to pick up a guitar.

Their second I think. I know many people who consider U2's first album their best, so that was a pretty good pick.lol "I Will Follow" was like their first single, wasn't it?
and no one even knows the other song...

2015 and guitar straps still don't exist.

No practice mode confirmed in chat.
Not sure if known.
First single was Out of Control which was on a 3 song disc then the Album came out and I will follow was the lead single even though Out of Control was also on the album.Their second I think. I know many people who consider U2's first album their best, so that was a pretty good pick.
Well, I do not see this getting very good reviews out of the gate. So many steps back.

I highly doubt reviewers give a shit about practice mode.
Kind of a random question but I figure someone here might know. Can you customize your band members looks individually or does it just go by whoever signs into Xbox Live and their avatar? Kind of hoping for the former so you can get a whole band looking however you want it to.
And then one person on this page says there are lots of character customization options and another person says it's barebones. So who knows how it'll go anyway. lol

You can change your character, but I haven't seen an option to assign bandmates yet. It might be there, but I haven't seen it.
There might be a lot of clothing options, but the body options are barebones.
Well that means U2 songs are the last ones then, surely we would have heard about anything else if there was. Since the copies are out there now.
Wonder if the RB store shows anything interesting.
The reviewer with a copy says the store isn't up yet, so unfortunately, no luck getting any information off of that just yet.
Seems that the day 1 release will be pretty barebones and them adding more features will be dependant on how successful the game is.No practice, come the hell on.

Rock Band 4 |OT| We're never getting Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, or Tool are we?

I really don't like the idea of RB4 being a crowdfunding game. There is zero excuse for this game being full price and missing on many basic core features that every single other Rock Band game had.
Don't remind me...Rock Band 4 |OT| We're never getting Muse, are we?
Fixed![]()
You mean besides the fact that it's the first game in the series without a major publisher behind it?
oh god... way to remind me about Tool.
how the fuck do we not have any. come on harmonix! sell your souls! (again)
so the sorting options are there in this game from rock band 3 in quick play correct? i read on another forum someone saying he/she didn't any way to sort the songs while in quick play.

Is practice mode something that requires big $$$? I can see online play, but something like practice mode seems trivial to include.

The fact that Guitar Hero 4 was the only game to feature Tool, that Tool put in a bunch of effort artistically to create a cool background, and that it was technically hampered by shoddy production values on Neversoft's end, is a huge bummer. Tool needs to be in Rock Band, I wish Harmonix would go out of their way to make that happen, even if it meant creating a custom backdrop.
And if you remember, you could only play their songs on the stage they created, with, and I may be wrong, no band showing. It was essentially a visualizer.
If you think about it, they don't really licence their music for anything.
all the tools they built for Beatles' crazy backgrounds would be perfect for that shit too. argh!
to be fair, tool is on the level of deserving their own game or full album dlc imo
I'm just crossing my fingers that it sells well enough to allow for it to truly be a "platform" that gets semi-frequent updates and DLC.
At the very worst, I now have a guaranteed way to play my Rock Band legacy DLC/exports for another console generation.
Yup, Tool isn't really a bandwagon band, but I think Harmonix did something special with plastic Guitar games. They are a company that seems to have a huge amount of integrity and a ton of genuine musical and artistic knowledge. The game can straight up teach a person how to play drums, or how to sing, that's worth supporting in my book. I think if Tool knew more about it, they would hopefully be more interested in getting into Rock Band.
I'm totally cool with their songs being played on top of a cool Tool-like Visualizer too.
What's the status on the new cymbal kit?
