Is that supposed to be Alex on the left?
Hard to tell; I watched the video on chrome and enlarged the screen to try and see it more clearly, but it just looks like a guy with a brown shirt and green pants.

Zero doesn't have Roman numerals, does it? Roman numerals themselves are letters. It's called Alpha outside of Japan and changing that would just confuse people, it's as much of a mainline game as anything else is.
Looks like a T-Shirt to me, not his jacket. Or he rolled up the sleeves or something.

considering the recent tendency of the cast, having guile would add variety.
The New York back alleys have urine in them, not Urien. Maybe it was a typo on Siliconera's part.
I'd rather Charlie just take his place but they're only superficially similar, to be honest. If Guile makes it in I hope they change him up quite a bit, probably moreso than any of the SF2 characters in V.
There's also a chance Zen is a replacement for Dhalsim like Laura is "replacing" Blanka and Sim seems to be the only competition for Guile for that spot.
Guile would bring a needed playstyle . Plus dudes whole involvement in sf has been for Nash....he needs this to finally go home and be a family man
I think it's one of the more likely guesses. Guile and Nash no longer play like each other, Guile represents a playstyle not really included in SF5 at this point from what I can see and he's a popular classic character.

The Siliconera leak was looking pretty reliable for a while. Everyone is assuming Zen is the last new character because Bogard's other info was right, it's the same deal.

The leaks had so many accurate long shots that you have to think that Urien and Alex are in development. Just somewhere along the line they decided to switch them out with Zangief and possibly Dhalsim. Fear of not having enough SF2 characters, probably.

In motion it still looks like red light artifacts on the shoulders from the headband (to me). Until 100 percent shown otherwise: Alex first gotta fix his truck before he can enter the tourney but he in there.

I really doubt thats Alex, but if it is him id rather him not be in the game at all than be demoted to a background element.
