Every third match Ken has to go early because that's the day he has custody of Mel and he can't be late to go pick him up from school.
I am for this

Crimson Viper is pretty popular, & they could make the Optic Laser her V-Skill to set her apart from Necalli.Kinda funny of the 6 SF4 newbies (excluding bosses), Hakan and El Fuerte are probably the most likely to return after Juri. (Viper's Seismo was given away, Abel doesn't really have a point with Laura in the game, Rufus....is Rufus.)
That corner reset is fucking scary, I love itFor those that missed Max playing SF5 today, this is some cute stuff he found with Mika.

Just curious, is your username a reference to the title of Jolyne's story arc in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure? That corner reset is fucking scary, I love it
That or the super jump she had, make seismo into burn kick easierCrimson Viper is pretty popular, & they could make the Optic Laser her V-Skill to set her apart from Necalli.
Didn't you ask me this before? Or was it someone else lolJust curious, is your username a reference to the title of Jolyne's story arc in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure?
Maybe it was someone else (seeing as I don't recall the post). Oh well, a cool reference is a cool reference.Didn't you ask me this before? Or was it someone else lol
Yes it is
lol I hope Nova Scotia over there doesn't hear about this and assume they are insulting sean"Much more positive representation of the Brazil region" came up as a design goal for Laura in this interview with Matt: https://soundcloud.com/fightyourrival/nycc-interview-capcoms-matt-dahlgren-talks-street-fighter-v
Why is everyone suddenly jumping on the Sagat hype train? I love Sim, but The King is such a manly character, I would love see him in the initial roster.
- I've never been that crazy about Dhalsim to begin with.
- The recent "classic characters don't necessarily mean SFII characters" comments may lend towards someone like Sagat, who originated from SFI.
Fair enough. At least we agree that Sagat could fit the annoying male zoner description as much as Dhalsim does. Plus Sagat's no slouch up-close, which seems to be the big thing with Street Fighter V.Not really, at this point it feels like sf1 is disregarded or else Birdie wouldn't be an Alpha character.
It's just there's nothing really to talk about, why not speculate about Sagat? He fits as hints as Sim does.

But will any of them get the range of 5?![]()

In no world is Juri a classic, mainstay, who is a staple of the series. Obviously Mtt means multiple, multiple entries, 2 games don't count.
Guile fits the criteria too.
It BLOWS my mind Capcom's most popular fighting game ever, SFIV, has absolutely NO reps in the initial core roster of SFV. They made sure to rep SFIV in UMVC3 by including Viper despite the very limited roster slots and here you would think at the least Juri would make it. So weird.
That's what I mean. Juri's on her way to being within the ballpark of a mainstay Street Fighter, but she isn't there, yet.
That's because even SF4 fans know that that game's new challengers were terrible (sans Juri) and are more likely fans of the SF3 cast in that game.

Worse than Fuerte? NahPlease. Juri is the worst of an already bad lot.

Is Remy an annoying zoner
After she was created, she appeared in all SF titles =P. This could be considered a mainstay.
Juri's pants and gloves are what now? Casual clothing?Fuerte at least kind of fits within the Street Fighter aesthetic becaus he's wearing fighting garb. They're both annoying as fuck though.
You don't know if it is. We know nothing of the Juri loreJuri's pants and gloves are what now? Casual clothing?
Oh, I'm not upset. I'd rather have a focused fighting game than a messy Gem situation like SFxT.Well it's not like USF IV isn't readily available on the platforms SFV is launching on. Part of what made Street Fighter IV initially take off was having the SF2 cast and setting it post SF2... and really the new characters were pretty universally hated at first.
This is a huge investment from Sony and if you look at Capcom's fiscal report that came out this week... they literally cannot afford another Street Fighter x Tekken mistake. They're playing it safe with a formula that's proven to sell... and really getting upset over the launch roster is pointless as we're going to see a steady stream of DLC characters.
Capcom's most popular fighting game ever was Street Fighter 2 by a large margin. It blows SF4 out of the water.
Juri's pants and gloves are what now? Casual clothing?
Was about to say in what world is SF4 more popular than SF2.
Pretty sure he took that tech from combofiend demoing herFor those that missed Max playing SF5 today, this is some cute stuff he found with Mika.

SF4 is popular because of the SF2 characters in it, not because of SF4 newcomers. Initial reviews and hype were all about people who wanted to come back after having not played SF since they were kids.
Mika looks like a monster in the corner, good lordFor those that missed Max playing SF5 today, this is some cute stuff he found with Mika.
