I'm not sure how much clearer it can get than that. Pete Hines on Twitter has also replied to people saying the PS4 mods will come but sorry I don't have any links to that.

So they'll come to PS4 at a later date. Cool.

So what are the extent of these mods? Quest mods? What about performance mods for console?

We don't really have any details about what mods these consoles will get. All we do know is that mod tools are PC only. I think it's safe to assume that most performance mods will not get approved nor will mods that feature nudity, copyrighted material, etc. So basically you're getting gimped mods, but it's still better than nothing if you are a console only gamer.

If I can get a mod to turn the dog into a cat I will be more than happy.

thinking i might play this on PC with a controller, as a stealth character i hate only having a single fixed speed while sneaking

I'm looking forward to them. I dabbled with mods when playing Oblivion but haven't played any of the other Bethesda RPGs on PC. I remember enjoying mods when I used them but figuring out which mods to use, wouldn't work with my specs, couldn't work together, how to activate, etc., turned me off so I only ever used a few. That and my PC was entry level. My point is, it will be nice to have some mods where I don't have to think about nay of that.

This will be the first Bethesda developed game in a long time that I won't get within a month of release, since I don't have a current gen system and not sure when I'm going to get one. :cry

If only I could've won the Taco Bell giveaway.

Thanks for reminding me. Forgot it was time to do the free entries. Good luck to you.

You know I bet it get easy to find PS4s for around $200 used soon on websites like cowboom now that the price dropped. Just keep an eye open.

Just as with Fallout 3, I'm getting a console version 1st to play main quest and do some exploring. by the time I'm done with that, there'll probably be some PC mods worth checking out and a new line of GFX cards to upgrade to, and that's when I'll start a fresh game on PC.

Yep,exact same plan here. Was waiting for this game to upgrade. It's been years.

Anybody pre-ordered the digital deluxe version in Xbox One? It's the same exact price as buying the game and season pass separately... what is the point of bundling them up? (Bundles typically offer a discount or something).

The time you would have spent clicking on two separate links you can now bank for the future. . . more time to play Fallout!

That is...stupid. How much is it for both? (I'm getting the PC version).

Been watching this documentary called The Atomic Cafe which came out in 1980. It's just a documentary created from different video clips from the beginning of the nuclear warfare era.

Holy shit. These military training clips are fucking ridiculous. Now I know where all the Fallout humor comes from. It's unbelievable.

I'm stoked. I got the Pip-Boy edition preordered for the PS4 and I can't wait. Here's hoping I don't work on the 10th.

So stoked!

Since the announcement of Fallout 4 I've played F3 and NV and fallen completely in love with the series.

I'd say "great timing" but of course that's backwards, since F4 prompted me to get into the series in the first place :P

Posted on their Twitter.

Edit - Perhaps "..gone gold" is not the right term considering they have the printed disks there so they must have gone gold a few weeks before.

Perhaps some concept boxes are printed long before the game goes gold?

Does anyone know if this comes with any GPU's? I'm getting a 970 next week and would be a nice bonus to get a free game.

can't decide between ps4 or pc. it's been announced that pc has gameworks and i have amd. also my pc doesn't meet the rcommended specs. it should but the AMD specs are way more powerful than nvidia. 550ti vs 7870 and 780 vs 290x. my i5-4590/290 should be OK unless they utilise hyperthreading and the game runs like shit on AMD.

Has this been confirmed? You could just as easily be playing their kid or another descendent who looks uncannily like them.

not sure if it's confirmed but i'd say it's the same character.

it definitely looks like the same guy.
