It's taking every ounce of will power to remain on blackout. I've seen the initial trailer but since then have not watched anything save a couple of those SPECIAL videos from Bethesda and read a little in the perk thread.
I am having a hard time over here. Wish I had mom and pops where I live.
I am happy to chip in another $30 to support the developers and the franchise. The more support they receive, the better the next game will be. I think of it almost as a donation.
I think it's safe to assume they are final to be honest. I don't like them either but I am hoping for a fast mod to sort it out. The UI and the way the dialogue choices are presented is the only thing that we've seen of the game I dislike. I want a mod that exposes the dialogue options in a list format like previous games that aren't vague. I hope the dialogue options aren't going to be the Bioware/Mass Effect issue where the dialogue option is vague and what your character says is quite different and not necessarily exactly what you might have wanted after hearing that + the reaction of NPC. Bethesda seems to have taken a liking to minimal design with the UI, we saw that in Skyrim and I think we're seeing it here again with Fallout.
I just hope Fallout 4 doesn't have an atrocious inventory UI like Skyrim did for PC.
Any guesses on what "Crew" means?

Any guesses on what "Crew" means?
Edit: Nevermind, apparently people are guessing it is just the credits/team.
Should I be mad that I just saw the title screen? Maybe I should go full blackout for spoilers sake...
Damn chicken deserved it for getting into the middle of my dragon fight.in Skyrim, chickens were the new spoons.

Hideous.Anyone want $60 pajama pants?
GAF > Internet > GAF?
Yes, because that spoils everything.

I'm a typographer and I'm not seeing what's so terribly wrong with the font choice. (For those wondering, it's this one.) Very readable and strong, and a good contrast to the blockier, serif-heavy typefaces used in 3.
As for the menus themselves, they're supposed to evoke the color and style of old computer terminals. The "bright-green font on dark-green background" color scheme has been used in every Fallout game.
I am fully aware that my reaction to seeing the title screen is irrational... I'm just afraid some crazy dude is gonna jump on here and post something worse. Reddit apparently got jacked up with stuff about Halo 5 a few weeks ago

A nice touch would be the game menu colours changing to match the pipboy screen. I used to like an amber screen on my pipboy.
I'm sure any douche doing that on GAF is gonna get cozy with Bish in the back of his lorry.
For some reason I read this in Nolan North's Penguin voice.
It's a fucking menu dude. We've seen the Power Armor plenty of times.
So my plan for the week MIGHT be to stay at work till 7 each night so that the week after I can get home nice and early for Fallout 4 >.>

I already have Wed - Friday off of work so I can play this.

Me again, i have another odd question, that maybe you fine fellows and ladies can help me with.
I've got a 23% GMG coupon that runs out tomorrow, should i use it, or take a gamble and wait for a better deal, that i'm not sure will come. Thanks

Great idea, but they totally blew it with the label design.
Bethesda don't do this. With Skyrim we got a trailer, some footage at E3, and then release. Same here. I like it, no hype cycle - this game will live or die by being good or bad.

Just bought my PC copy off GMG for $46. I hope they get the keys out in advance, I'd hate to be twiddling my thumbs on release day waiting for them to get them out.
Cool, i just got it for 30 quid. It's easily one of the best possible pre-release offers you are going to get.
