PC has no discount. If you look under the "pre-order bonus" section on the console versions, there's a "Prime Member Savings" explanation telling you how to get it. PC version has no such entry, so there's no discount there.
If you want a discounted PC version, buy from GreenManGaming.

Yes to seeing the PC screenshots! Just going to make the screenshots full screen and pretend I'm playing I guess. Wondering how this thing will run on my almost 3 year old laptop (3rd gen i7-3630QM + GTX 675MX). Probably not great but DA:I ran fine, so I'm optimistic.
I can get why people are bummed about the dialogue change. For me personally it's a non issue because I don't enjoy dialogue trees generally. Despite having Baldur's Gate II as one of my favorite games I don't think I ever have liked those systems (I don't have any other of the 90s isometric RPGs in my favorites list).
I like what the games do with environmental storytelling and tend to end up telling my own story in the white spaces (and rarely finish the main quest lines in Bethesda games). Like my favorite moments in Skyrim were getting into Altand early on and trying to survive on stealth all the way through, into the Blackreach, and out again, building a story about it in my head. Or, as a vampire, feeding only on one particular person, the elf at the shipwreck on the north coast.
The main bummer for me is that it will be months before there's a alternate start mod available. But thinking about what that mod might do in combination with the building/settlement system is really exciting.

That's what i remember too and i hope FO4 reprises some of the DC metro maps. I had the FO3 strategy guide so the included map was a godsend as I navigated the DC metro. It's true that those DC maps were confusing, but I like what they added to FO3.

None. We already know it's a disc with some data on it, but still requires you to DL a large chunk.

Seeing this, the dialog system doesn't look as bad or limited as people make it seem so. The main difference I see, which make it looks dumped down, is that once you pick a dialog option you cannot go back to see the previous options which make it seem limited while it isn't.

I think the dialogue system controversy will die down shortly after release. It functions fine and the answers that the NPCs give are long and detailed.
EDIT: I should add, I don't have the game. I'm basing this on the vids that have leaked.

That actually looked good. I was worried that every conversation would be a guesswork, but this was pretty clear in what you were going to say. Hope it´s that way throughout the game.
Also, I like that looting is real time now and not a menu pause pop-up as in previous fallout games.

Great to hear =) Sounds like a mod that displays the full transcript of what your character actually says if you mouse over each dialogue option would be perfect.

I think someone said it moves.
Those people are looking at too many heavily modded versions of bethesda games and expecting the vanilla version to meet the bar set by those mods. It won't happen.
They just need to wait until the mods start coming in to be happy.
