people want design changes more to remove what other people like about the existing ones and be like lololol PJSalt than to even appeal their own tastes
"We DnB now."
I mean half the 3S soundtrack was jungle. This is decidedly more modern, though.

Ryu's theme is so great. It's like the vocalized theme of his SF2 but made for V. And without the vocals. Or maybe it's just me being reminded of it.
Nash's theme is amazing, too. Straight up reminds me of Alpha days, but mondernized. A little Dynasty Warriorsish in parts, but still great.
It's safe but it is good, EXCEPT that awful transition...Vega's feels safe too, but it's elegant and suits him.
And the stage themes are pretty on point, especially the training mode.
Ryu's theme is grandiose because some heavy shit is gonna go down in this game.
Not sure honestly. Got it from SRK.Are those legit? I thought they were just packs of user made colors.
People who thin any particular character will/won't make it in for plot/canon reasons are delusional.
Capcom have stated before that they literally just make shit up game by game, and don't care about any kind of 'canon'.
Not enough Pink. I know what colors for Karin I'm using though!
He looks like a troll doll, lol.Neon Necalli. I like how the color changes his hair and the rest of his outfit isn't really that different (because there's not much outfit left to change).

Hahahaha! That is perfect!
You're right. I think I didn't expect SFV to have DnB despite the genre being popular and all that.

I thought they were edited, but maybe those are the values that were in there initially.
The Ryu ones make me think they're legit since there are so many throwbacks to ST, but I'm not sure.
In any case, they're awesome.
By the way, when do we expect Fan to be revealed? Any upcoming event suited for an announcement?
Maybe asian event, since Fan sounds chinese/east-asian.
At the evo panel they mentioned there basically being a bible of sf lore in Japan that they draw from for each game that ties everything together.People who thin any particular character will/won't make it in for plot/canon reasons are delusional.

Ok, since nobody answered me before: is there any chance, based on Fan's possible multi-arm/tentacle data, that he/she will be an evil/alternate version of Necalli? Do his hair braids count in terms of polygonal skeletons in other words? Or are we still thinking he/she will be a South Asian monk or something (like I'm definitely hoping)?

No... Necalli actually has quite a bit more bones than Fan- 569. Yes that is because of his braids, although the braids aren't directly animated... but the high number I think is because of his transformation and a lot of hidden geometry we don't see until he pops V-trigger.
Fan is closer to Birdie in terms of bones. Fan has 477 bones, Birdie has 450. Birdie's bone count is mostly because of his chains and the need to be able to animate those chains manually.
In my opinion, she might be a Chinese ribbon dancer.
And then Ibuki and Makoto join SFIV as not-babies

All hair after a certain length is pretty distracting in this game. The physics aren't implemented well in the slightest and it'd be a lot less jarring to look at if they kept Necalli's or Mika's shorter.Maybe it's because I'm not used to it yet but I find "super Necalli"'s hair very distracting in a fight, and those colors might just make it worse.
