This thread convinced me to change my sniper build (had planned 8 in Perception)
My new build looks like this:

Start (Goal)
S-2 (3)
P-4 (5)
E-1 (2)
C-3 (4 or maybe higher if it turns to be an important stat)
I-7 (8)
A-6 (7)
L-5 (6)

Must have perks at lvl:
Rifleman - 5 (max)
Locksmith - 3 (max lockpick)
Lone Wanderer - 3 (max)
Commando - 5 (max)
Gun nut - 4 (max)
Sneak - 3
Bloody mess - 1
Hacker - 3 (max hack)
Demolition expert - 2
Science - 4 (max)
Better criticals - 2
Ninja - 1
Robotics expert - 2
Armorer - 1-4 (depending on what armor you can craft. Not interested in heavy armor)

Need 39-43 points for the above perks. I can achieve the special stats I want through bobbleheads, unless I need more points to charisma.
If there is a soft cap after lvl 50, I am expecting to have additional 7-11 points to put into other/current perks.

The backlash against the Pip-Boy edition has been weird. I guess there was such a mad scramble to try and get one, a bunch of people preordered without ever really looking at what they were getting. Like I've said before, I wish there was a better finish on the actual Pip-Boy but I still love the total package.

the best part of DD companions is when you can sit your main pawn down in a bar and tell him shit that annoys you about what he/she does.

It looks like shit in that video, my god. I'm trying to keep the excitement levels up, but it's pretty hard when it looks that rough. Did it start out as a cross-gen title by any chance?

Just opened the box and the documentation inside is all Spanish too, as well as the small print talking about the trademarks on the disk itself...I really hope this copy is all good for playing in English haha

If console, they all include English language.

He actually said he was running 2 but the game doesnt support it. I dont know anything about streaming so maybe that has something to do with it? Just sounds weird not being able to stream a game at 720 without issues. Probably other stuff with his computer.

Because he's not streaming to Twitch he can't use the GeForce experience GPU streaming features. If you try capturing using something like fraps you will know you take a big hit.

What the fuck is wrong with that 'womans' face, is she a cyborg whose face has melted or some shit? This is a fuck ugly game, my goodness. At the very least a mutant must have pissed acid on her or something.

The ugliest AAA game I've seen in a long time and the gunplay ain't making up for it. :/
