again, disagree completely but to each his own. wish fallout didn't go to voiced protag, we already have enough of those as it is.
One has to wonder whether a thread which is fairly liable to have spoilers given the discussion is partially about leaks is the best place to be for you guys, given you seem so sensitive about spoilers that even a characterisation of the story will ruin it for you. God knows how you poor lads make it through reviews, when they're just throwing around shit like 'story was poor' around willy nilly like a bunch of arseholes.

Well, we have a spoiler thread for stuff like that. Anyone who posts story spoilers of any kind will be reported and banned. You know how it is, this is a thread created to watch and discuss gameplay, not story spoilers.

I think in this day and age of the Internet and leaks.....devs need to be a bit more dynamic and adaptive with their release dates......the game has gone gold for a couple weeks and stores have had their shipments delivered.....if there are already leaks because they have been unable to contain it....then just release the game early and avoid the game being spoiled and let gamers enjoy the game the way you want them to....
Exactly, there was many a time with MGSV, Bloodborne etc where I wanted to just tell you all how amazing (and shitty) some of the story was but I just couldn't outside of the spoiler thread or PM's. Hell, even you warned me a couple of times

They spend probably 70m dollars on marketing based around the release date. It's a huge and very very expensive release with retailer partners all around the world with midnight releases, posters, preorders etc. They will not release early just because a small amount of people got the game early.

According to the description, Blacksmith is for melee weapons.
I don't really plan to get into melee with that low Endurance ;-)
Someone here also ordered at Gameware.at and got their email shipment confirmation yesterday? In the order management on the homepage it just says, that the shipping process just began, which means it didn't leave the shop yet. If someone receives it today from them, please write it here 
Started playing it tonight. Spent about an hour in the player creator, and about 2 hours in the world.
The game opens so well, I love it. They do well to cover up the jankiness here and there, and it feels so much more polished than the last two. I was worried giving my female lead long hair, as I thought it'd be Like Dragon Age: Inquisition where all the long hairdos are immovable lego hair, but the hair actually moves enough and convincingly that you could tell they put some love into it.
The game functions well enough as a shooter without using VATS, which I love. Everything feels a bit daunting at the moment, but great. They introduce the settlement stuff early on and I have absolutely no interest in it, I'm glad it's optional.
Also, the first armor you can get looks so much worse than the vault dweller default suit. Wish I could get all the armor benefits just wearing the jumpsuit. Crossing my fingers for mods to show up one day!
I've noticed some odd stuttering here and there on PS4 while in 3rd person, not sure if it's exclusive to that view, but first person has been pretty smooth.

Mine jumped from shipping in progress to shipped this morning. Received a E-Mail that it was shipped yesterday though.
Usually the mail is the last thing I get and mostly one day after the mail, I also get the game. Would be really nice if it's arriving today. I'm at work though, so if you get yours today, PM me or write it into this thread.

Ordered from Gameseek here and nothing yet. I get the feeling Simply, Gameseek and TGC will all start sending out around the same time once stock comes in. Probably sometime today, tomorrow at the absolute latest. Calm before the storm.
Yeah, figured these past couple days they will have been focused on get Black Ops out the door on time. We needed a bank holiday weekend, pretty sure that was the main factor in people getting Phantom Pain on Thurs/Fri before release.
Ah okay, I am dumb then lol. I smoked too much and thought it was for gun mods.

Didn't like the linear tutorial at the beginning in Fallout 3 or Skyrim.

I only play my games in english, and was pretty pissed last year when I bought New Vegas and was german only...
Gun mods are in the Int tree and covered in my build, I want them too.
After the thousands who complained were heard I've worked out a deal with Bethesda for some branded Fallout DLC which will let you play as me, it will be out by next spring.

I'm pretty sure it's multilanguage and uncut. The latter is confirmed. I preordered the Xbox One version though, which is multilanguage as well.

Both is confirmed. For the first time in Bethesda History, germans can choose the language. (on consoles it's the first time ever)

Nope, I can almost guarantee that the goal is to get automatic health regen and HP boost with lifegiver (by getting the END bobblehead bonus). Lead Belly seems to suck imo...
