Strength 6 - Armored & Strong Back for mods
Perception 4 - Locksmith
Endurance 5 - Aqua boy - very interesting, something new, useful in such cases, can make out funny moments.
Charisma 3 - Lone Wanderer - amazing, more weight, I could take out strong back and use that special somewhere else. If the companions AI does not make them charge in middle of my screen, taking my place, disturbing my moment while I shoot or when they detect them before me and ruin my plans, like in New Vegas, probably I will leave Strong Back anyway for who knows what needs there will be.

Intelligence 5 - Gun nut, Hacker, Scrapper & Science! for all the laser & plasma weapons mods
Agility 4 - Gunslinger, Commando, Sneak & in special Mr.Sandman (welcome back) - perfect combo with Aqua boy Perk

Luck 3 - Perfect advantage straight from the beginning with Fortune Finder & Scrounger. I don't need the rest.
I always was the person with having more weight. I scavenge places and gather everything that I find there since I got used with New Vegas Survival / Workbenches, but also for heavy armor or multiple clothes & suits that have special points / skill points in moments where they are in need of them, as the same goes for aids and ammo.
