I find a good barometer with Simply is checking to see if their storefront has it listed as 'in stock now' as opposed to 'pre order'. It's still showing as pre order.

I ordered mine from 365games, that's not showing as in stock yet either. I should have gone with Simply, tbh, they're more reliable.

I can't see a selection to choose the female character at the beginning, so I'm assuming the you get the male narration regardless of who you pick? I had also assumed both the wife and husband were military, but maybe it's only just the husband?

Ordered from Gameseek here and nothing yet. I get the feeling Simply, Gameseek and TGC will all start sending out around the same time once stock comes in. Probably sometime today, tomorrow at the absolute latest. Calm before the storm.

True, I believe that's what happen with Shopto. A couple years ago they were a lock for early deliveries, nowadays its the occasional day early as I understand, normally just release day.

Having said that, Simply have been doing it since at least Bioshock Infinite, if the hammer was going to fall, you'd have thought it would've happened already.

I've noticed some odd stuttering here and there on PS4 while in 3rd person, not sure if it's exclusive to that view, but first person has been pretty smooth.

Man guys. Just flipping through this thread and I'm already having buyer's remorse.

Honestly, I'm just hoping that it's better than Fallout 3. The dialogue is honestly the most worrying thing for me because I often like to play games with little or no sound and just quickly skim through the text.

Also hope someone makes a hardcore mod right quick. There's nothing quite like having to pick and choose what loot you're going to take with you to get past that typical "I have so much money that I need a Scrooge McDuck perk".

At least with the dog you won't have an idiot saying you're always on your good behavior for every 5 seconds or so.

Although why people would want a companion hanging around while exploring games like Fallout 4 is beyond me. Totally kills the immersion and the presence of an unpredictable AI support can screw you of your plan (like stealthing stuff up, for example)

Less features is definitely better. I could never just not have the companion with me. I need the game to rob me of the ability to even have one.

I'm pretty sure it's multilanguage and uncut. The latter is confirmed. I preordered the Xbox One version though, which is multilanguage as well.

Both is confirmed. For the first time in Bethesda History, germans can choose the language. (on consoles it's the first time ever)

Yep, I was trying to get Endurance to 3 for Lifegiver, but had to settle with 2. I'll either try and find the bobblehead or just level it up one point (If I find that I need more health that is).

Perk points don't exist anymore. When you level up you get a point to put into a perk or into a SPECIAL attribute. Higher INT means more XP which obviously gets you points faster.

I think there's a little lee-way. These are mail-order copies sent a little early to be sure they arrive by launch day.

I use ShopTo because they reliably get games to me a day early.

Changed my build a little, lowered charisma. Unless someone can tell me that charisma 5 will matter in dialogues compared to charisma 3, this is the build I will go with:
