Higher difficulties make legendary enemies more common, and these though fucks drop unique / legendary gear that is some sweet stuff [at least ones I have seen in streams].

Alright, this is based off the knowledge I can increase stats as I go. I like to play stealthy.

Strength: 3 - Just for some early armor mods.
Perception: 4 - Want to get cracking on lockpicking and hacking early, like most.
Endurance: 3 - I dumped extra points here for health. Not really interested in these perks, except maybe the reduced rads from food/water.
Charisma: 3 - Probably grabbing that lone wanderer perk. I didn't really use companions in NV and I doubt I will here. I like to be stealthy and I feel better without worrying about an AI companion.
Intelligence: 6 - Hacker, Scrapper, and Science! are all things I'm going to put at least a point in to early game.
Agility: 7 - Putting a point in to Ninja ASAP.
Luck: 2 - Scrounger will be nice to grab early as well.

MAN I can't decide what platform to get this game on (PC vs PS4). On one hand, I have a PC that I imagine will run this game very well, but on the other Thanksgiving and Xmas breaks are coming up, and this will be the time period in which I will most be able to play. I'll be out of the house and with family during this, and I'm sure as hell not going to lug my PC around.

That is not how it's supposed to work, you know right? Pre-order for service like GMG with very limited key pool should be all about order of, well, orders.
Friend who ordered few weeks after me got key instantly when GMG started to put them you 2h ago, I'm still waiting.

It's very goold old school cRPG, can get really tough tho. If games like FO1 & 2 clicked with you then WL2 will too.
Tip: Spread out skills and don't make jack-of-all-trades characters!

Looks about right, I'd personally leave Endurance at 1 and increase Luck for them crits.
They're supposed to ship my guide out today apparently, same with my pipboy.

I like to play the same style character. I'm starting with less in perception and planning to bump that up as I level up. I anticipate I won't be able to get a sniper and actually play like a sniper until later in the game. That was kind of the case for me in New Vegas anyway.

I thought about that but I like the life giver perk from 3 end. I could make end 2 and put one more point into luck and have the bobble head make my end 3
It'll ship what day it needs to in order to make release date delivery. I've never gotten a thing like this early from Amazon -- Ever. So just expect it to arrive on release day because that's what's going to happen.

How hard is it to find bobbleheads? I am thinking of just making my starting build with one less special point in each option because the bobblehead will give me the extra skill.

They don't have a limited key pool. I've ordered from GMG before, and the if you've pre-ordered before they have the keys available, it takes time for them to deliver them. They have enough to cover all pre-orders and more, especially for a bigger release like FO4.

yep, mine could have shipped last week and I still wouldn't expect it to show until the 10th.
Some are in easy areas and some are in harder areas. We don't know yet how it goes down, but e.g. Perception is easy one.
They had issues with covering BO3 pre-orders, and nothing was left for instant purchase. Doesn't create confidence in me atm.
