WOAH, I just found an NPC voiced by Garrus, and he sounds EXACTLY like Garrus! What a voice!

Just got jumped by a Feral Ghoul Roamer, nearly jumped out of my seat. Managed to switch to my shotgun right before it pounced on me and blow its head off. :lol

Been playing on pc since this morning, runs great.
Loving the game so far! Outfits look wicked, gunplay is fun, perfect atmosphere. Little things that annoy me is the abundance of ammo (playing on survivor) and the lack of being able to view your weapon when its holstered, other than that its amazing. Voiced character isnt as annoying as i thought it would be

I'd consider putting more points into charisma because there's some perks in there to make the dog OP. Assuming you didn't unlock it with 3 can't recall.

What's are the benefits, if any, of doing settlements?
I suppose they give you a bed and storage point for you, and I read you can get a trader and workshop for crafting. Any more? Do they give you money at regular intervals like the business in other open world games? Is it worth it given the effort you have to do?

you could always leave it at 3 and hope to find the charisma bobblehead relatively early. I'll be running around finding as many bobbleheads as I can at first.

Strength only dictates melee attacks and how much weight you can carry. So unless you anticipate a lot of punching or you want to be a walking storage locker, you can probably ease back on that. Intelligence is worth having if you want to do crafting and weapon modding.
If you want to min-max, I would hold out, as bobbleheads allow you to juice your stats up to 11 if you're sitting at 10 when you scoop it up.

Has anyone seen much worth with Charisma/speech options yet? I'd been tossing up which character build to go with first.

I wouldn't recommend it for first playthroughs imho. The community is still learning which perks are useless/can be ignored and which of the specials can be safely ignored for relatively minor repercussions.
You could always save before an important conversation and keep redoing the speech check until you pass it. I'm going with like 5 charisma at first, 6 with bobblehead.
Even if there were, I honestly don't think it would work on these guys in this game.
It would just end REALLY BAD for you.

Deathclaws seem like a living breathing argument against pacifism. You can play non-lethal if you want, it's just your playthrough will be really short. And the ending will be shit.
Not anymore. Also why can Evangelion reference get in as a voiced name but fucking Isherwood can't?

Just watched the GB quick look to pass some of the short hours now... Soooo close.
One small mod request: make the pip boy screen actually illuminate the hand. Once I noticed it doesn't it's been bothering me.
